Lovely cakes, great coffee, and really good kids lunchboxes. Ordered 2 to collect today, they were ready and waiting for us, kids loved them. Staff always so friendly and welcoming. So lucky to have this on our doorstep! The lemon drizzle cake is great, the cupcakes are immense! Have used Coffee Cloud to cater for a kids party, was the best decision! All the bags with names on delivered to the village hall, all very fresh.
This place has become my most visited outlet due to the excellent staff, coffee, cakes etc.... if you live in DH and have never been in I highly recommend it.
I walked to the cafe with my french bulldog yesterday (we live in shirley). The staff made us both feel very welcome and the cup of earl grey tea was nice too. Definatly a nice place to have a cuppa

*Ssh !! I dont want everyone to know this - Coffee Cloud is such a comfortable and friendly place.* Terry and Pam have created a gem of a coffee shop hidden in plain sight in Dickens Heath village centre. Stand with your back to the entrance to Mortons and look diagonally to your left - there it is. (or for those who struggle with left and right, that'll be about five shops up on the cashpoint side of Tescos). How often have you passed it and not noticed ? Then you've missed a treat. I could use all sorts of superlatives to describe the consistently high quality of the Coffee Cloud coffee, teas, and food but you'd never believe me, so i'll leave you to prove it to yourself. Oh, and all cakes are made on the premises and have that distinctive moist homemade texture that the coffee house chain mass production bakers cannot compete with. The cream teas are "Creamiliscious" according to my wife who is a bit of a connoisseur of these things. And as an added bonus, being a regular allows me to use a Coffee Cloud loyalty card - buy 5 drinks and get one free, which makes Coffee Cloud very competitive within its market. If you see a chap there trying to do the crossword, say hello - its probably me. I look forward to meeting you.

A great little coffee shop. A warm welcome, lovely rich hot chocolate and lovely snacks. The toasted fruit loaf and the raspberry oat cake were particularly nice. Hopefully this will become our regular stop on our walks.
My mother ordered an impulse birthday cake from Coffee Cloud for my 21st and it was amazing ! It tasted so good and looked spectacular. Thank you for helping to make my day special :)

My family and I would just like to say a big thank you to the ladies from Coffee Cloud for the wonderful job they did catering for my mother's funeral in July 2022. The cost of the finger buffet we ordered was very reasonable and they provided a really good variety of food. We were very happy with their service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
We walked up from the canal as we had moored up nearby on our boat. We had a bit of shopping to get and thought we would get lunch in the village. We were very impressed with Coffee Cloud. A lovely panini and a jacket potato. Very generous with the fillings and it was good value for money. Lovely friendly service too
Popped in on our walk. They were so welcoming to our dog and gave her a couple of biscuits. We had the full English with a tea, which my husband loved and said it was the best he'd had in a while. I had a sausage sarnie which was lush and a coconut milk vanilla latte ... really tasty. Our dog had 2 sausages, she loved them! We took a lemon curd tart home with us. Great little independent, lovely people, great value, great food. See you soon.

Really liked this little place. I needed somewhere to sit for an hour and do a little work and this place was perfect. The lady who served me, who I assume was the owner, was very welcoming and really quite friendly. The food and drink on offer was limited, compared to a larger chain place, but this, I feel, was a positive thing. I had a drink, a nice fresh bacon sandwich and was very happy.
I would recommend stopping off here if you are around Dickens Heath.
The café is a real treat in the middle of dickens health. The coffee is top notch and the staff are great. The supply throws outside to keep you warm there is a cosy kennel to put Your dog and all the staff are great. I would recommend you come and try for yourself. Beats the impersonal approach of Costa.
First time I had ever been there and it was a lovely place to chill, chat, eat and drink coffee. Staff are lovely and food, well you are spoilt for choice. It is all amazing and the cakes are so good its hard to choose between them.
This is a lovely little coffee shop that has delicious coffee and a range of teas. Their cakes are homemade and most importantly, fresh. You can get a reasonable choice of sandwich/baguette/panini fillings and there is also the daily meal deal special. The only minor criticism is that the toilet has a baby change mat that you use on the floor; not very hygienic. It would be nice if a proper wall mounted pull down changing mat was available.
Possibly the best coffee shop in South Birmingham. Service is always 5 star and the staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly. Not to mention the finest Brazilian coffee beans on the market. A must visit.
