Was an expensive burger but always an amazing burger. BUT the fries were quite disappointing and bland which is made worse by the fact they cost over £5 just for regular! When you have more staff than customers on a weekend one has to beg the question why?
This so far is the best 5 guys I've ever eaten at, burger was one of the best I've ever tried anywhere in the world, the chips delicious and the shake bang on cold and flavoursome. Customer service very good and the restaurant was constantly being cleaned. 10/10
Found in the shopping centre.
It has indoor seating, plus a few seats outside the front door, and in the shopping centre area, although these were currently shut off when visiting on a Saturday afternoon.
Service was fast and efficient.

Five Guys, I would like to keep it simple. They're the best burger in town. It's always pleasant to go dine in even though it's only a fastfood chain. The staff I found in general across different branches were polite and pleasant.
My children know their burgers and they loved Five Guys more than any burgers in town.
How can something that looks this battered taste so incredibly good!?! 😁😋 Difficult to go to Touchwood without finding an excuse to pop into Five Guys. People mention the pricing, but the generous fries and unlimited drinks top-ups don't get mentioned as often for some reason... we'll be back soon!
Not all its hyped up to be. There I said it, Five Guys burgers aren't worth the hype.
The burgers are good and very expensive, but not worth the hype.
The burger is packed full of toppings and of good quality with some tasty chips. However the cost is overwhelming and I'd be hard pressed to go back and pay the same price again for the above average burger & fries.
Shakes are about average for any in-store made milkshake at any other establishment.
Staff at this location were a little lack luster, I know we were in earlier at 11am, but they all seemed to be done for the day.
Overall not worth the premium price or the hype, but still good if your pockets are deep.

What can I say!! The burger is packed with real meaty flavour and the skin on fries are the best out of all the fast food places.
Yes, you can get a maccies cheaper, yes, BK burgers look bigger, but they just don't compare for me! I have to travel to get one, so its a real treat and I always look forward to it.
It’s only beef so chicken lovers don’t go! It’s easy quick and super tasty. Fresh toppings! Unlimited refills for drinks! Staff here are lovely’
Didn't know what expect from Five Guys initially. The place was empty when we went in there! The person at the cash register was very friendly, bright and forthcoming. The food was okay, i really loved how the fries came out together with the skin! Shows the freshness of the fries, i guess.
Good prices, a friendly greeting from the man on the tills. I feel though they could have a better range of foods.
Excellent service and the tastiest burgers around. The cajun fries are so good the portions are massive. All goes perfectly with their Reeces milkshake.
What a great burger joint, it is plain in decoration. But the staff are super friendly and helpful. The menu can be daunting but take you time to make the perfect meal. It is simple but so tasty. The beef burgers are fresh never frozen which does seem to make them tasty. The chips are 2nd to nun and the are always hot and crispy. I also had a wacky bacon chocolate malt milkshake it was so tasty. Would highly recommend it. American done well.
Really nice milkshakes for a decent price. Plus don't forget the free salted monkey nuts that tasted awesome!!
I’ve been to Five Guys in Solihull on many occasions and the service and food is always great, and recently I experienced a small issue with a meal which was greatly resolved by Chiara who was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Ordered just the fries not gonna lie the cajun spicing omg was too good and the fries were fresh not gonna lie they could improve there customer service skills a little bit but food was spot on and the place was really clean
