Was an expensive burger but always an amazing burger. BUT the fries were quite disappointing and bland which is made worse by the fact they cost over £5 just for regular! When you have more staff than customers on a weekend one has to beg the question why?
This so far is the best 5 guys I've ever eaten at, burger was one of the best I've ever tried anywhere in the world, the chips delicious and the shake bang on cold and flavoursome. Customer service very good and the restaurant was constantly being cleaned. 10/10

It has indoor seating, plus a few seats outside the front door, and in the shopping centre area, although these were currently shut off when visiting on a Saturday afternoon.

Didn't know what expect from Five Guys initially. The place was empty when we went in there! The person at the cash register was very friendly, bright and forthcoming. The food was okay, i really loved how the fries came out together with the skin! Shows the freshness of the fries, i guess.

What a great burger joint, it is plain in decoration. But the staff are super friendly and helpful. The menu can be daunting but take you time to make the perfect meal. It is simple but so tasty. I’ve been to Five Guys in Solihull on many occasions and the service and food is always great, and recently I experienced a small issue with a meal which was greatly resolved by Chiara who was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Ordered just the fries not gonna lie the cajun spicing omg was too good and the fries were fresh not gonna lie they could improve there customer service skills a little bit but food was spot on and the place was really clean
