Very beautiful golf course with great fishing lakes and the club house has an amazing bar and restaurant. Wonderful staff, I will definitely be returning.
It is a very pleasant combination between a Golf Club, restaurant and fishing lake. Despite of the airplanes, passing every 3 to 5 minutes and trains around 10 minutes, it is not a noise place. The restaurant is clean, good food and service. You can enjoy your beer watching a golf game or somebody f
I visited West Midlands Golf Club, for an inter club seniors golf match. After the game we ate in The Lake at Barston Restaurant. We were served a mixed grill and the food was very good. The service was good. There is parking and easy accessibility for anyone with a disability.
We have been to two tribute nights and on both occasions the food, entertainment and service has been absolutely superb. The location is so beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. A***** on everything. We will definitely be visiting again
Lovely stroll around the lake followed by a convivial stop at the clubhouse for some tea and muffins sat outside with wonderful views over the 18th and the lake. An added benefit is to see some skilled fishermen at work.
Very nice restaurant. Friendly welcoming staff. Had a pint out by the lake beautiful sunny day, went for a walk round the lake and to watch the fishermen.
Situated at West Midlands Golf Club overlooking Barston Lake, its just off the Kenilworth Road near to Balsall Common and Knowle. It also has a hotel for those luxury stays. Entering the car park, there's plenty of space and nice views of the golf course and surrounding as you approach. Its a peace
Lovely chilled relaxed place. Had a lovely cooked chicken and bacon toasted sandwich with chips. There is very pleasant walk around the around the lake
Went for breakfast. Chose the full English which was delicious and portion was generous. Good quality bacon and sausages. Coffee rather disappointing to be honest and small portion from a machine. Seems like a golfers haven inside. Outside views are absolutely gorgeous, you can look right out onto t
We visited this place with group of friends and the ambience and the location and the service, everything is just superb. You have ample space for yourself and in fact your kids can also enjoy. Food was also nice.
Great place for a spot of lunch - appreciated the option of a 'small plate' - which was still a very decent portion. The eclairs for dessert were amazing! And the view of the lake was fantastic..
