Relatively quiet as it was a Monday evening, but the food was excellent. Good selection of various craft beers, although relatively pricey (£6/pint).
Food was good and a good range of choices. I had the mixed grill for two which was really good.
The meat was excellent, but the naan was too greasy and spicy hot. The service was slow, and brought more naan than ordered from one type, and no naan from the other type. The atmosphere was positive, but loud.
I have a dilemma , this restaurant deserves fabulous reviews because its food is amazing , the chicken tikka with hot sauce is worth traveling miles and miles for, the drinks menu covers all tastes and the staff have been so well trained and obviously enjoy their roles that nothing is too much troub
Top notch Indian restaurant and craft ale bar combo, a striking blue interior livery, with retro seating. A great fusion done well.

Everything from the food to the cocktails and the service was great. Would recommend. You just order the tandoori platter and don’t let the green chicken out you off… it was the best part!

Tap and Tandoor has got to be one of my favourite restaurants in Solihull. I find lately that a lot of traditional Indian restaurants are hit and miss with their food depending on the day, however I have never been to a restaurant as consistent as Tap and Tandoor. The best Indian food in Solihull. We lived in Solihull for a few months and frequented this place. We now go back every few months if we’re near Birmingham. They’ve been consistently great and have really friendly staff as well! Must visit!!
