Great (relatively) new Italian restaurant at The Crown Inn, Snape. Delicious food & nice setting - definitely worth visiting & supporting … it deserves success.
Excellent first visit to The Crown Inn under its new owners. Delicious Italian food. Wonderfully presented. Friendly and welcoming, great service. Best dining experience in a Snape pub for a long long time. Surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening when they should really be turning people away! We will return soon and I wish the new owners every success.

Lovely pub, large beer garden, loads of parking, good choice of beers, friendly staff… only 4 stars as they ran out of beef burgers and the wait for food was rather long but would definitely return 👌

Amazing food with a variety of options to choose from, including gluten free pizza bread I'm not sure about if they have gluten free rolls but for sure it is very delicious and Its nice place to stop by, get some food and chat with some freinds also it is dog friendly as long as it's not barky
We stayed over at the Crown Inn during the end of August 2019 while we were attending a pottery course at Sudbourne Park and found this inn absolutely charming. Our room was quirky and what you would expect from a 15th Century Smugglers Inn. The breakfast was hearty and delicious while dinner was top notch. You can taste the quality as most of the ingredients were 'field to fork'. Will definitely come back again!
Great food, great people . A little gem . Been here many times now and ordered different things from the menu I don’t know why this place is not packed every day . Lovely log burning fire great atmosphere!! Highly recommend
The Crown is run by a lovely friendly couple. We stayed in our camper van this week and we felt very safe.
The pizza was great, homemade base with lovely toppings.
We had several games of darts in the bar.
All in all a great pub.
The Crown Inn is so lovely the owners have refurbished it to a really warm and friendly pub. We felt so comfortable there nothing was too much trouble for them the food is amazing I really recommend the pizza's one I the best I have ever tasted please go and visit you will not be disappointed. Will definitely be returning thank you so much, oh and it's dog friendly too 😊
Very smart Pub/Restaurant also offering bed and Breakfast . Owner's been here since start of 2022 and have made the most of this delightful historic property, with plenty of parking and well behaved dogs welcome. The Owners and staff are very welcoming with Excellent home made food available. Ten minute walk to Snape Malting's (for the less able,a bus stop directly opposite the pub car park.) Motorhome and Campervan friendly when pre booked and support the establishment
Fantastic food, proper home made grub and good sized potions! I had the big one burger and cheesecake. Great service and pleasant welcoming staff.
Sat down for some lunch while visiting the area, very friendly staff, they love dogs! The chips were perfect and the burger I had was delicious as well. Would definitely visit again if I'm nearby!

Great stay, great pub food.
Absolutely great pub! The owner breeds her own multi award winning pigs and the pork is superb. Had 2 meals in a week and was not disappointed. First was a selection of pork sausages, pates etc and the second was lobster! Neither their food nor their presentation could be faulted. The deserts we had were an absolute picture of perfection.
