Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Food is good quality and cheap. Today's selection of fresh cream cakes was limited to chocolate eclairs only today though.
Really good customer service. Fresh food. One of the best Greggs stores in the West Midlands. Hadia is amazing staff member. Always with a smile on her face, very professional and polite. Love this store! & Harborne store is amazing too. Defo recommended.
Don't go to Gregg's, sure it will provide a perfectly serviceable sausage roll but surely you'd be happier with a hot roast pork sandwich from Alan Warwick next door at your friendly local butcher. Local business first.
Great experience to enjoy the food from Gregg's I love vegetables and cheese and onions pastry . There is a massive amount of different varieties of food you can get everything like bagets, pastries donuts with different flavors, cakes and cookies, drinks hot and cold cheese pizzas and lots more great products.
Such good value and great food my fave being the cheese and onion slice and the num nums and the Cappuccinos are such good value at under £2!!!!!
Went in with very large breakfast order for the shift. Nothing however was a problem for the two ladies on duty they couldn't have been more pleasant friendly helpful and accommodating. Will make this my default Gregg's from now! Thanks ladies
Wow friendly stuff I went there yesterday with ma 2 boys bought 2 pies I was gonna use ma new bank card to pay I thought I was gonna pay by contactless since i haven't received ma pin,the machine didn't allow me to do contactless I had to use a pin first tried to transfer money to ma other account it didn't work, poor ladies just asked me to take the pies for the boys I was so amazed, wonderful ppl...Thank u ladies all the best u deserve 10 stars 😘😘😘
My child work in one if them....I have one question what happened to the foods after closed do they give to the homeless people??? I give left foods to the homeless when I use to work at McDonalds....at night 🌙
