This is the best Chinese takeaway ever! The food was piping hot when delivered. The chips were crisped to perfection, and the salt and pepper wings are always amazing. This is our favourite takeaway, and we highly recommend it to anyone who fancies a bite. Definitely give the special house chowmein and the sweet & sour hong kong style a go. 10/10!
The Food firstly is amazing. Great friendly helpful service. We always from here. Only down point is they don’t open on a Monday, as their food is fantastic.
We ordered from Cantonese Express last Monday and we will not be ordering again! They did refund us when they collected the food we didn’t eat at all, but we were starving when we ordered and then ended up cooking ourselves.
Kwang Haos’ food is absolutely beautiful and with amazing service there will be no disappointment 😀

Best chinese I’ve ever had in Birmingham. Food is always hot and tasty and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Been using now for over a year and it’s remained consistently excellent.
Delivery does take a while but I think it’s because the driver does each meal individually rather than having a few sitting in the car. It means it takes longer but the food is always hot. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.
We've ordered delivery a few times now from the New Kwang Hao and it has yet to disappoint. The chicken cashew is particularly nice but all the meals have been delicious with lots of vegetables/sauce. The deliveries have also always been within the hour despite ordering on Fridays.

Honestly the best Chinese Food in Birmingham. My partner (and his family) are Chinese takeaway fanatics and have loved everything we've ever ordered from here - apparently the Chinese Chicken Curry is the best they've ever had. As a vegetarian, there are so many options, particularly Tofu and Quorn options. The tofu is always well marinated, all portions are a really good size and I cant rave about the chips enough! I have a shellfish allergy which they are also more than accommodating of, happily confirming which sauces I am okay to eat (fortunately most!).
As I think another review has said, delivery can take a while sometimes, but the food always comes piping hot, as opposed to many places where you can tell the food has been sat in a car for a while.
We have been using this restaurant for years through Just Eat and when they left the site due to cost pressures they sent handwritten notes to all their customers, explaining and inviting people to order over the phone. Worth noting - they can still take both cards and cash.
100% recommend New Kwang Hao to meat-eaters and vegetarians alike.
This is our favourite Chinese takeaway, we actually don’t order from anywhere else. Large spring rolls are especially delicious as well as the rest of the dishes we have ordered from here. Great service with very fast delivery. Highly recommended.
Ordered and it was ready 10 mins later. Staff were very friendly, food was piping hot and delicious, and we got a free side for ordering over £13. Will definitely order from here again.
Best chinese in the Bearwood Harbourne Smethwick area... good quality food, never had a problem, food always fresh, warm and quick on delievry....plus generous gift if you spend of 14 pound....order from here weekly...

A Hidden gem on Hagley Road that you could easily drive past or not notice but I highly recommend that you go there and try it the food is fantastic and the service is always with a smile .. lovely keep it up.
