well here we go only visited because the wife's on holiday and you know us men have got to eat but can't cook so what to do.. download a 30%off voucher and pop down the pub and that's what I did so read the other reviews and can only assume the staff have changed as I was greeted with a massive smi
I have to say, for a pub the food here is absolutely brilliant. Fresh food cooked daily. We tried a few dishes. The prawns were so delicious & not over cooked. They do these special chips with onions & peppers, so nice. The lamb we had was soft & tender & the fish in batter was great, not greasy lik

The food is delicious, bar staff are very friendly... Lovely pub with a welcoming atmosphere. Also had take away from here and food is still as good. Will definitely go again and I'll certainly be recommending it to family and friends

Incredible pub! I was on a road trip with Americans who wanted to watch the Women’s World Cup. Not only did they have it on every TV (wooooo!) but the staff was 110% and food was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it more strongly.

Yeah I like the place went with my 2 brothers & nephew have been before a few times good few games of pool had a lovely meal all of us agreed really nice place fantastic duke box loads of choice I like ELVIS so good see he was on there people in there were okay as well overall yeah nice place to go
Fantastic food and service at a good price, they didn’t even charged us for a bit of “healthy salad” and finally a pub where you can have salad with olive oil as dressing in the menu. Plenty of screens to see the football matches too and good decoration. I would come here again
Food was good, if a bit pricey maybe. Good for a calm enough night out in the middle of the week.
