Really lovely garden. Garden and pub clean and tidy. Drinks are a fair price. Enjoyed a couple of drinks with my daughter and my brother. My brother likes his real ale and comes here often...I've not been here for years! I had 1/2 Thatcher's Gold Cider - beautiful 🙂
Really friendly family pub, however you can find somewhere away from kids if you want a quiet chat. Beer excellent (three real ales), large garden, public bar, quiet bar and two tv bars for rugby and other sports. A traditional pub, doesn't pretend to be a trendy hang out. Choice of ales and some light snacks. Good friendly staff who prepare my drink as they see me coming. We go there as a group every Friday and we enjoy great service and a good atmosphere.

Great atmosphere with staff who seem to enjoy working behind the bar. They offer catering & hire for birthdays and other events too. Now a regular customer
