Amazing staff amazing food and amazing dog food menu and one of the best dog friendly pubs outside London city, fourth time visiting when you have a big dog too.
Steak always cooked perfectly compliments to the chef.
I love this pub! I’ve been going here for years and the atmosphere is amazing. The team are hilarious and always happy to help. Food is decent, not as much variety as it used to be but still pretty good!!
Really nice Pub. Came here for a meeting and received warm welcome by staff once walked in. Food was delicious with quick service. Visited today after a google search looking for a pub near Salt Hill park and man where we impressed!! The welcome was warm, the food delicious and the atmosphere superb. The selection on both the normal and kids menus was fab, my eldest opted for steak and ribs and you never get this on a kids menu
Me and partner had a lovely dinner here on Saturday. Quick service, great food and in particular Caz provided impeccable service and cant praise her enough.

Heard there was a new menu and I wasn't disappointed. It maybe smaller but the meals are still good and value for money. I would recommend the Chicken schnitzel or beef Bourgeon. As always good service and atmosphere. Like the way staff check back to make sure everything's ok.
A really homie experience! The staff was nice and friendly and the food was great ❤️ after 24h of not eating the all day brunch was heaven on earth.

This pub is just great, the food is very nice, good value for money, the staff are so nice, great atmosphere and the Landlady Caz is brilliant, very well run pub and ticks all the boxes. Recommend it to anyone.

Nice local pub in Slough. Came here for couple pints while visiting. Ordered calamari and chicken strips and ended with cheesy garlic bread. Was delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is good. Only thing missing was a fire place which is only lit at Christmas.
Great customer service great food very friendly staff especially Asher who made the visit extra special after us celebrating our sons 2nd birthday. Definitely recommend and will come back for many more lunches and dinner. AMAZJNG

Old pub that dates from the 1500’s but modernised in parts. The food was okay but wouldn’t rave about it. The meat was dry and the gravy was thick and gloopy.
Popped in on a chance and had a 2x pie dinners for under £15... great quality pie for any price so a great find. Staff were very pleasant
We popped in for lunch, first time here, great beer choice and the food was excellent.
Lovely evening in the red lion for my boys birthday they even bought out some chocolate fudge cake with a candle 🕯 on it after we had Dinner Lovely touch red lion keep up the good work...
Visited yesterday and the service was exquisite, I only went in for drinks but didn’t expect the atmosphere to be electric. It’s nice to see a pub do a quiz night. I want to say thank you to the staff and especially Callum who served me as he was very helpful and knew what he was doing.
