Been to this Toby for breakfast many times decided to try their Carvery couldn't fault it the beef was so tender melted in the mouth Best my husband and I have had for a long time. The vegetables were fresh and beautifully cooked and service excellent. Will definitely use again when we have another afternoon/evening Heathrow pick up
Good beer excellent food, reasonable price. Friendly helpful staff..couldnt go wrong. Shame we didn't stay there instead of going on to the football.
Roast Beef is the best, lots of vegetable to choose and the Turkey is not dry, nice comfortable chairs, clean plenty of parking space also good price.
Great dinner yesterday, friendly staff good serving of meat and a really hot dinner.
I even commented to the chef about how moist the meat was.

Myself, my daughter and grandson visited and had a lovely meal. Me and grandson had the carvery and my daughter had a ploughman's. Excellent value for money and Sharon was fantastic. She really went above and beyond for us. Thank you Sharon x
Top manager and chef accommodating 19 of us for breakfast near finishing time . They were just getting prepared for lunch but preped up some fresh food just before 10:30 . Great food great staff , a credit to the Toby group

1st ever time this evening (19/09/23) and Very impressed. The Hostess that showed us to our table was very polite and professional, the young lady that took our order was also very professional and polite and informative.
The female Chef was brilliant and informed us of menu and price changes forthcoming..the food was stunning...and I'm a very fussy eater, but couldn't fault a single thing...I had the Large plate Carvery and only left 1 Roast potato.... got to give the whole experience 100% from start to end...and we will definitely be back...Soon

Our food was excellent, 1 carvery and mine which was apple pie and ice cream followed immediately by tomato soup. (I'm 70 now and can eat in whatever order I like!🤣)

Excellent service and meal. Food was delicious. Longstanding staff (Wendy and Sharon) were excellent. I find it a good sign when a restaurant can keep its staff.
amazing service from our lovely waitress Sharon, she couldn’t do enough to help us and other tables nearby, even going to get my daughter some more veg whilst I fed my baby. The food was great and the chefs serving were also lovely and friendly too.
To be fair my hubby and myself tried a breakfast magic bag through the app too good to go. Very good value for money and tasty too. Staff were friendly, plenty of parking.
Hard working friendly and welcoming staff. However the IT system needs immediate improvement. I visited with the promise of 50% discount on main meals on an email I received. When I came to pay the Toby Cavery APP wouldn't let me sign in. I tried multiple times to sign in and even reinstalled the app on another phone. Nothing worked. Very disappointed and I would be grateful if someone would contact me regarding this
The staff here were absolutely amazing. We arrived on Saturday night with two tired under 5's after Lego Land. The waitress was amazing in finding us options, she went out of her way to accommodate allergies. The wonderfully friendly chef carried one of our plates for us. Absolutely amazing from start to finish!

The food was generally good, but the serving area wasn't looked after well. There were Yorkshire puddings not in their dish and spills from dishes and gravy that needed cleaning.
The building is very shabby looking and isn't what you'd call inviting from the outside

The food was good, but please be reminded to log your vehicle registration number at the entrance. Just got a ticket for parking there for my breakfast during the bank holiday two weeks ago. Sad. Be warned and be careful folks.
Update: Manager Wendy was so helpful that assisted me in resolving the ticket. I even got a response on a Sunday evening. Appreciate it!
Sharon was lovely, your chef was lovely, your lack of staff was noticeable, your food range was lacking, new food not ready to go, Yorkshire puddings were that small made aunt Bessie look big. However meat was beautiful
This is my local and I got caught up in the 50% offer last week and boy didn’t it go crazy. The place was soooo busy, queues by the door and queues by the deck but didn’t they smashed it out of the bag. The customers kept coming and the staff took everything on their chin, they’re definitely a credit to your company, you should be very proud how they handled the show. Good discount and good food, 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ate a lovely carvery here after a busy day at harry potter!! Our current hotel was really busy so we adventured across the road...you guys were also very busy😂!! The head chef was working so hard and definitely looked like a challenge for her as she was multitasking the carvery aswell as keeping the long queue flowing as best as she could!! She definitely kept professional and upbeat as serving time went past 9 and she still kept going so that everyone still had their carvery without giving up knowing serving time had gone past her time!!! We all cheered at the end for her!!! Well done Langley Team!!! 👏
Was SO busy on a Sunday. If you're a Meat Eater, you'll be waiting in quite a big queue to get your Sunday Roast fix. I was lucky and was ordering the Veggie Pie, so when it arrived the waitress took me round, skipping the queue the queue straight to the Veg buffet section.
All in all, a pretty decent Sunday Roast but, a little too busy and hectic for me...
First time I have been to this one. Staff were really lovely and attentive. Their veg was on point & cooked to perfection. Turkey was really, really dry, but we did go around 4pm and it was the last bits so it dried out! The stuffing was pretty bad too. Dry and burnt out. Shame because the staff were so lovely 😍
Amazing service from the staff specially Sharon, very friendly & always service with a smile. Food absolutely delicious, definitely deserves five stars 🤩
