Travel from Leicester to Slough for this food! Visited this lovely restaurant on a recommendation and we were VERY impressed! Food - 10/10 - we ordered a sizzler (photo attached) which was by far the most beautifully presented and unique sizzler we’ve ever tried. The fish in particular that came on this dish was hands down the best fish ever tasted (this coming from customers living in Leicester where there is an abundance of Indian restaurants). Service - Impeccable. Greeted by the owner who was attentive and considerate, whilst also offering us some recommendations. Could not be faulted in the slightest. Atmosphere - it was a busy evening but this did not take anything away from an amazing experience. If anything, it made the whole experience so much nicer. The decor has depictions of authentic Punjabi culture and very welcoming. Would 100% recommend a visit and try the fish!!

I was searching for a restaurant for a family get together and found Panjab from TripAdvisor as a highly rated restaurant. On our first visit there was 13 of us, Service was excellent with detailed knowledge of the food and portion sizes. Atmosphere was great with clean environment. Food was 10/10, would definitely recommend the Fish Amritsari. Overall came to around £30 per person including desserts and drinks. Would high recommend. since the first visit, We have gone back several times and even ordered using Panjab's website and getting home delivery, Food has been amazing every time.

First time to this place as was recommended to us by someone very fond of food. Rightly so, if u looking for food, portions and happy to go smiling team, it’s right place . Though service can be categorised as bit slow and ambience is ok ok as it’s a mini restaurant so u may find it bit noisy if fully packed. Booking is recommended but overall a good family restaurant. Sukhjeet Kaur- the lady who served us was amazing, soft polite and she knew what was the best around the restaurant kitchen. Soya chaap, malai kofta, naan and mock tails Price range standard and reasonable Will foresure recommend it.

Amazing Food!! Whatever we ordered was amazing, especially I would recommend the soya chaap; it was absolutely brilliant, I felt like I could have it on its own for my whole dinner. The mocktails were also decent as there are some quite unique options in there. The only slight downgrade is that the approach to the restaurant isn't very good as it is in the middle of a street market however the atmosphere inside the restaurant is amazing and so is the ambiance.

Visited this place for lunch, the seating area was nice and well maintained. We ordered Chicken tikka, butter chicken, chilli garlic naans and egg fried rice. Everything was served quick and hot. The lady at the front of the house who served and greeted us did an amazing job. She was very polite and very accomodating to our requests and did it with a smile. The food was amazing and I'd rate it as follows. Chicken Tikka: 5/5 Butter Chicken: 4/5 Chilli garlic naans: 5/5 Egg fried rice: 4/5. We enjoyed our meal and felt it was value for money. We'll definitely be back for more 😍

We are in Slough for four days for a family event and really wanted some Indian food. We found this place locally, and it did not disappoint. First thing I noticed was how clean and updated it looked but after speaking with the owner, she said it was only painted after the pandemic. We ordered, Chaat, garlic naan and their salmon dish, it was just…. melt in your mouth heaven. Friendly and attentive staff, warm atmosphere. We plan to go back again before we leave.

This is my first review of an Indian restaurant in Slough. We were recommended by our close friends about this restaurant and previously tried their Chicken 65 in a party. We thought of celebrating a lovely day (got the keys to our new house in London) at Panjab this time and trust me we were not disappointed. Right from customer service to the quality and portion sizes, we absolutely loved it!! We met with the owner Pam who was lovely and friendly. Made sure we were served well and taken care of the whole time. We ordered a range of food to eat in and take away - Paneer Shashlik, chilli garlic naan (which was the best naan I ever tasted in the UK) Bhindi Masala, Tadka Dal, Jeera Rice and Mutter Paneer plus salted and mango lassi. For take away, we ordered Lamb Rogan Josh and Butter Chicken. Everything was wonderful especially the lamb rogan josh was yummy. I definitely recommend this restaurant and definitely not our last time. Please do visit and I'm sure you will enjoy the food a lot.

The inside is nothing like what we expected from outside. Lovely decor and a good atmosphere. Perfect for family meals, dates or get-togethers. We had the butter chicken and 2 naans. I forgot to take pictures of the dish. But you'll need 1 naan per person - they are not large enough to share. We also got the Gajar halwar dessert (pictured). Worth a trip if you're in the area.

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and its consistency of great food continues! Easy to get to from the holiday inn express I was staying at. Reasonably priced and a good atmosphere with it being full of other patrons. Parking can be a challenge due to the location, so bear this in mind if you are planning to visit by car.

Great place for an engagement party. Pam the manager is very professional and customised a package to fully meet our needs. In addition we were offered a competive price for the event. On the night all the staff were super attentive and ensured that the guests were happy with the food and drink. Thank you to all the team for making the event a complete success. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Food was absolutely amazing, the staff were kind and friendly. We went for my dads birthday and they did a little birthday brownie and played a birthday song for him which was really sweet of them. 5/5 would come again for sure. Thank you all at Panjab for making it a lovely evening.

Visited The Panjab today. We were a party of eight and had made a reservation. The hostess greeted us into the restaurant in a friendly manner and was attentive. The food didn't take long to arrive, it was spicy and full of flavours. They also have a wide variety including veg and non-veg, we went for the vegetarian and enjoyed everything.
