What a cozy little Scottish pub with awesome food! So happy we stumbled upon this place on a rainy day. We cozied up to the fire and had some food and drinks while enjoying the atmosphere
Best fish and chips we’ve ever had! Served with real friendliness and a spectacular view. Definitely worth stopping here.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when I had questions about the menu, or requests a request for a specific thing. I really enjoyed the food. The fish and chips in particular. The fish was perfectly battered. It wasn't too thick and added a great crunch. The fis
The best food I had in a pub, plus de location is beautiful, right by the sea. The staff is lovely. We arrived there at 6.30pm and luckily a family was just leaving so we managed to get a table, but there aren’t many available so wouldn’t recommend to arrive too late.
Terrific place to bring your four-legged companion after an excursion on Sleat peninsula. Hang out by the cozy fireside with a pint while waiting for dinner service, which is arguably one of the next pub meals I’ve ever had: venison burger, fish and chips, sticky toffee pudding. Sorry didn’t get any
Delightful place to stop for lunch as a brief step off the NC500. Fantastic fish and chip and veggie haggis and good beer. Lovely staff, highly recommended, and great views out to sea.
Excellent Sunday roast, very tasty with a delicious selection of vegetables. Very friendly staff who took the time to make conversation. Well stocked bar which is dog friendly. No bookings are taken for meals in the pub, it's first come first served. Currently food is not available for consumption
What a find. Small bar/pub at the end of a road that feels like a local. The seafood was amazing. We had mussels, fish & chips, scallops and draft beer. They even knocked us up a fried mars bar even though it wasn't on the menu.
Easily the best meal in Scotland so far and we went to Three Chimneys the day before. Go now! Recommend calling ahead for space.
A wonderful find. This quaint little bar, a part of a country hotel, was both charming and friendly. The food however, was just awesome! The freshest shellfish, beautifully cooked and beautiful venison, from the hotel's own land. I couldn't fault anything. Our best meal on Skye.!
Looking for a good place to have a drink with a magical view outside, great staff and fantastic food? Then look no further. Came here every evening for the 5 days I’ve stayed in Skye and didn’t want to leave. I would like to shout out Medb who was really accommodating and fun to talk to, her profess
We ate here while staying in the hotel for one night and the food was absolutely wonderful! It can get busy, so we did have to wait a bit to pounce on a table, but it was worth it. The pub has a great atmosphere and charm - with good whisky choices from their on site distillery (the rum cask blend w
What a dinner we had! Delicious risotto, soup of a day and divine Baileys chocolate mousse! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and wide range of Scottish Whiskey’s . The best place in Skye that u can possibly visit!
We dropped in for Sunday Roast-- missed the last of the beef, which was lucky because I got to have the lamb shank, which was just amazing! My wife had a stuffed roast squash. We loved the vibe, the dogs hanging with their owners ("Hi Jura!"), the staff seemed gruff at first, but somehow magically t
Really nice looking pub (imho not abundant in highlands). Popped in at end of a busy Sunday for them - a lot of food items had run out. However, talked through what was available Helpful. Good service and tasty food
Lovely food, my husband and I had excellent scallops followed by a delicious steak. Child friendly, dog friendly and great service. We will be back. The view at the picnics tables outside for pre dinner drinks was wonderful.
Great location and view, friendly welcome. Fish and chips were good, the only downside is you can't eat outside or at least not when I was there.
Where locals and travellers meet for a pint. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter Raasay the dog! Usually available for drinks but check ahead if you’re looking to dine.
