Went on Friday evening for an Anniversary treat. It's the first time I have been inside the restaurant. We weren't disappointed, the surroundings are beautiful and stylish. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely divine. The prawns were the nicest we have had anywhere. Cooked to absolute perfection. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks for a lovely evening. Will be back!!
Great place for a drink and meal. We went for the share board with cheese and it was amazing. It was really nice sitting outside too.

Our favourite restaurant, me and my partner absolutely love coming to el toro. The food and Drinks are brilliant. It’s become “our place” for date nights and something we always look forward to. We’ve booked in advance and also rang up on the day various times and always really accommodating

I live in Spain but took my parents when I was back home. Excellent authentic food, well presented and with friendly, professional service. They went the extra mile to help my elderly father too who isn’t great on his feet. Well recommended!

We had a delightful Mocktail, which is always brilliant to find on any menu, and several tapas dishes. Each dish was prepared to a very high standard, presented well, and had it's own unique flavours. Very highly recommend.

Fabulous meal and fantastic cocktails. The food is absolutely wonderful and feels very authentic. Our favourite dish was the honeyed chorizo, but honestly, everything was delicious.
It is on the pricey side, however it is all quality, so in terms of value I would say it was well worth it
Looking forward to our next meal where we might try the Paella!

Great place. Food is great and the atmosphere was excellent.
Experienced our first comedy night and it was brilliant! Great atmosphere, comedians were hillarious and the tapas was really tasty. El Toro is a must for gin lovers too - amazing selection and the bar staff know there stuff about what goes with what. Definitely recommend as a night out!
Absolutely fantastic food and service as well! Freya was brilliant, really lovely and friendly, very chatty and just genuinely a lovely lady! Really impressed and will be back for sure!!
We only went in for a drink but the place was busy and vibrant. We had the 2-4-1 gins which were great value. Staff were great. The food that other people had ordered looked good and next time we will have a meal.
Absolutely delicious cocktails, especially the Bakewell Tart one, could drink that one on tap. Food is amazing too and served neatly. Only think to be picky about is some of the portion sizes are expensive for what you get. E.g there was only two pork skewers with little meat for the same price as a bowl full of chicken and chorizo

Party of 5, we eat at El Toro on Friday 12th January,
It's my second time at El Toro but the first at the new premises which I have to say are fantastic. El Toro scored on every measure...
1) No problem with having a 15year old in our party
2) Great table overlooking the square, all 5 of us seated so we could all chat and not pushed to a table out of the way as you find in some restaurants if you have minors with you.
3) One of our party needed wheat free and gluten free, no problem, we got great advice and the menu was marked clearly.
4) Food was excellent, we had 4 of the excellent value "3 for £18" deal and it was loads for the 5 of us. Too much on the table to name but suffice to say there were lots of empty plates at the end, it was all delicious.
5) Great drinks, we had Estrellas and orange juices (not together) but apparently there is a great selection of top quality gin too but we didn't get to try these.
6) We were greeted personally by the owner and made to feel right at home by him and all his waiting staff who were first class.
7) To top it all 5 of us eat, two of us drank a lot of estretta and we were all very full and happy by the end of the night and the bill was just £105 ! actually damn good value for all this variety, all in a great atmosphere.
We are already looking forward to our next visit, I can totally recommend this place to anyone :) Cheers - Dom
Enjoyed the evening. Just had drinks, didn't have food. However, the food looked good and those who were eating seemed to be enjoying it. The beers were excellent, the cocktails looked well made.
