Craven Heifer Skipton - Skipton - Photo album

Lovely pub. Remote but walkable into Skipton via a public path followed by housing estate. Would be helpful if more buses during set months. Not everyone has a car or access to one. The rooms were lovely with no faff TV remote to turn on TV and easy shower where a dial was turned for cool or hot sh
Stayed at the Craven Heifer Inn last night and although it's decor I feel was dated, it certainly has everything you need for a lovely stay. Great twin bedroom was lovely and warm on arrival , good shower/bathroom. The inn and bedrooms are spotless and the staff especially the young woman with ponyt

Great value for money. Lovely staff. Room comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Served good real ales. Great views and a Woodland Burial site accessible from car park which was good to see. The only downside was the squeaking bedroom door which closed very slowly. And no milk had been left in the

The bar staff were very friendly and the Sunday carvery was nice. It's dog friendly and you can stay in the car park for free if dining. I would recommend.
Stayed here twice this month. Both for 3-4 days. The rooms are basic clean, warm and just what i needed. The huge plus point is the food.. These are the best meals i have had out in years. High end quality at very reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. This was a work trip
Stopped for dinner and stayed overnight in our campervan. Thoroughly enjoyed our Skate wings and Lamb Henry, followed by Eton mess, scrumptious 😋, brilliant service, even bridging a bowl of water for our dog with treats too and our beer was perfect a local hand pulled couple of pints 👍 Great value
Visited for lunch and with it being a Sunday had the Carvery. Beautiful food. Apart from the meat you get as much as you want from vegetables and potatoes. Took a while to get someone's attention to order desserts but when we got them they were lovely. Think it was because they were getting a bi
We found this lovely place while looking for somewhere to eat. We had the pies, they were fantastic, everything was homemade. The staff are really friendly too, it had a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go again. Couldn't comment about the rooms as we didn't stay.
Very friendly staff, chilled out, great little walk straight from the carpark towards the golf course. Have to say though that Nancy who showed us to our rooms was extremely welcoming, friendly and genuine and that makes a huge impact when arriving somewhere even for a night. The ensuite was very cl
Stayed here in the carpark overnight so we could get to an appointment the next day at 9.30 instead of leaving home at stupid o’clock. The staff were great and very helpful and friendly, and out dog loved the free home made doggie biscuits The food was brilliant and all homemade fresh.
I especially enjoyed the shoe rack where I could allow my toes to reach the luscious carpet. I also loved the cocktail “The Dead Wife” I could really taste the peppermint tea bag.
It all started when I was watching the latest installment of the BATMAN franchise. I didn't enjoy it (Robbie P is certainly no Michael keaton and I certainly am not a cretin). It made me think "what on earth does a well-to-do, ruggedly handsome, yet middle-aged woman do with her time?". I recalled a
