We found this place quite by accident…and I’m so pleased we did. Despite being quite busy, the service was excellent…and the food….marvellous! Large portions, too. The staff are lovely. We were even treated to some impromptu entertainment courtesy of an issue with a very sensitive smoke alarm….it was hilarious 😂 Looking forward to returning

What a perfect stop!! Have passed a couple of times before, but am so pleased to have visited - it's a real find, much nicer on closer inspection than the impression gained whizzing past on the A59. We sat under the canopy at the front, overlooking the car park, which doesn't sound promising, but it was just lovely. It reminded me of a delightful taverna stop we once had on Milos, sitting in the sun, prettily decorated, and nicely spacious. There's also a pretty and quiet garden area at the back. Very good menu, lots of options, great cakes, tasty and generous savouries. Huge pot of tea. All most satisfactory. Big thumbs up, do go and visit.

Not a car boot sale to be found on a Sunday in the valley. Called in for coffee and cakes. Never disappointed, cheery staff and a nice suntrap garden seating at the back. Popular with cyclists, so mind the bikes parked around the place.

The food was impeccable, quiet atmosphere and lovely staff. We sat at a table for four and the service was the quickest I have ever seen. I had a sausage sandwich - brilliant - I had some chips on the side as well (even better). Really recommend for passers by. I am so glad it has been taken over by a lovely lady. Recommend to everyone! Five stars!
