Lovely staff, always chatty and happy. Great drinks, can get very busy on a weekend and there is a wait but you can see they're trying their best.
Polite staff. There isn’t always the best choice of items/low stock available in the fridge - I’ve been a few times on separate occasions & it seems to be a common thing I’ve noticed, maybe they just sell out very fast - I also noticed it’s the same on the cakes/cookies section.

Brilliant place, dead friendly staff, great coffee and Dog friendly too! When I went in there was a very well behaved Alsatian lying on the floor and a beautiful Weimaraner sitting patiently three seats up. . . No noise, you wouldn't even know they were there, so good to see well behaved dogs welcom
The staff here are wonderful, the wifi is great once you have it connected, and the vibe is good for sitting with a book, notepad, or laptop and getting work done. Food isn't the best but it's a coffee shop, not an eatery.

Good place for a coffee or iced drink, one comment would be they don't clear the tables very often so most were full of empty cups. The marshmallow treat and strawberry frappe I had were both nice, if not a little pricey for what they are. The staff were friendly. Overall a nice place, would go agai
Good coffee and friendly staff. Outdoor seating is available and plenty of indoor seating. As other reviews noted some of the seating is low but they are relaxing/comfortable. Usually quiet before 8am which makes it a good time to call before work
Big pot of steaming tea and quiet sit down was just the ticket. Only problem l had was walking in the flooring... Very slippy from all rain......l/we are semi disabled and had to watch our footing. We managed to getup from our seats safely etc. All in all a good visit and tea was great...Staff frien
