We visited today for lunch at Wildwood Restaurant, and if you go you're in for a treat! The food is simply lovely, bursting with flavour. But what really steals the show is the service – it's top-notch! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of with a smile. Whether it's a special occasion or just a casual night out, Wildwood Restaurant guarantees a great time with delicious food and fantastic service.

This was a fantastic restaurant for a three-course meal, where the staff welcomed our group's reservation and even dealt us Christmas crackers! The decorations provide a magnificent and throwback feel, water and wine were free to start for all too. I had a well-priced bottle of Magner's Cider, Chicken Pate was a decent start followed by a scrumptious Sea Bass dish! Tiramisu was for pudding which had a perfect coffee and cream blend, seating is comfortable and staff were lovely.

Wonderful warm welcome and a service with a smile. Professional waitresses. Beautiful restaurant interior. Wonderful and inviting from the outside. Glad to have visited. The food was delicious & warm. We were given space to order. There was no pressure or rush. Absolutely enjoyed the filling two course meal which was very good value for money and delicious. My friend wanted a vegetable lasagne which was not on the menu but there was something to suit everyone’s taste buds including vegan options. The toilets downstairs were clean. Will definitely come back.

First off, congratulations to all the staff, from the lady who took our evening reservation when we dropped in at lunchtime, to the evening staff who waited on our table. All were extremely helpful, careful, and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the gluten-free choices on their menu, of which there are plenty! The pasta dishes and pizza can be ordered as gluten-free, and there are additional items from the grill that are also suitable. Our order was taken quickly, and the food was brought to us very shortly after. Our food was well presented and flavoursome. The restaurant is situated in part of the building that was Skipton Town Hall. Some on street disabled parking outside and the main Skipton car park is at the rear, just a couple of minutes away.

Great service and atmosphere, the bowl of Olives was great, lots of them and a good variety. Lovely crispy, tasty fries. The pizza really had that stone baked taste and was delicious, the Rocket salad was the best I have had with a generous helping of riserva cheese. We will be back.

The staff didn’t ask if we want any cheese or black pepper ☹️

Food is excellent and not over priced, staff and service is impeccable. The only issue is the toilets are up about 4 or 5 flights of stairs and you don't realise this until its too late to turn back. There is a disabled toilet so I will be using that next time

Fantastic customer service the starter of baked brie was really nice and the pizza was delicious and just right. The desserts especially the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake was very mourish and I could have eaten 2 or more.

First time to the Wildwood in Skipton. After a really pleasant welcome, the menu was discussed and we were shown to our seats. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and atmospheric. Great menu choices at affordable prices. Drinks only option available too. Great mid-week offers. We will definitely be back.

Popped in for lunch. We knew we were early but we were still made to feel welcome by lovely staff members. Both of the ladies who dealt with us were very pleasant and welcoming. Service was very quick and the food was great; nice flavours and generous portions. Place was really nice inside; comfortable and clean and light. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere as the music was such a random mix of traditional, ballads and dance beats that it was a little distracting 😅 All in all, though, an absolutely lovely lunch experience; we would definitely visit again given the opportunity. Thank you 😊

This place was my savior on at least two occasions. I put off dinner late at least twice, and they saved me. They are open later than other restaurants. I though the food was terrific and the service was stellar. It was lively every time I was there, even though a couple of times it was later than most restaurants are serving.
