We enjoyed another great meal today at longacres. I had lasagna and my husband had cheeseburger. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Well done team Longacre . Thankyou.
Went for a Bingo afternoon with three other girlfriends. All the staff were courteous. We were shown to our booked table and because it was our first bingo visit they informed us about how it all worked. We had a great time with coffees and soft drinks. We will be making regular "bingo visits" including lunch. It is lovely that Longacre provides afternoons like this. Well done to all involved!

Great selection of drinks, whether it be draft, wines, spirits or soft drinks. It's clear that the lines are well maintained as the draft is always fresh, and the wine selection is fab.
The place is always immaculately clean, including the toilets and outdoor childrens area.
The play area is really well maintained and is absolutley ideal for kids to run off some energy after dinner because it can be seen from a large section of the pub, as well as having an outdoor seeing area attached.
Besides all that, what makes it for me is the staff. They whole team are exceptional. They're so friendly and welcoming, they address every member of the party regardless if they're 80 or 8. They constantly go our of their way to make sure you're looked after, without being over the top and imposing. Would absolutely recommend the Longacre.
Went for lunch for husbands birthday and I had voucher for 30% off main courses. It is a lovely, bright and clean, with low back ground music which was restful. Great choice of food, we had 2 types of burger, both were lovely and everything was hot. I had banoffee chocolate tart to finish with which was divine. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were very attentive with out being in the way. Would recommend longacre to anyone who wanted good food reasonably priced. A lovely lunch, will definitely going again soon.
We had our tea last night. Great pub/restaurant , really well decorated and lay out. Service was fantastic and food was excellent. Bar staff were friendly and offering places to go and see while we were in the area. All in all, great place and dog friendly too.
We are regulars of the pub and are always satisfied with the service and food. The staff are brilliant and would recommend everyone. We have our family Xmas party there ever year can't praise it enough.
Lovely little pub with a fab, secure, play area for the kids. Food was lovely, staff are too. Handy little pitstop before the food shop over the road! We've visited a number of times and always had a good experience.
Came for breakfast with Santa, from walking through the door the staff were amazing, welcoming and friendly. They worked so hard yesterday the manager should be proud of them all. Breakfast was lovely, Santa was fabulous and great with the kids. I hope this is on again next year too. Many thanks for such a lovely experience
