Lovely hill top pud, great Views, with cricket pitch on the side. Plenty of areas for families or quiet corners for a meal and a chat. Food really good... would recommend the duct, when it's on the menu. Well worth a visit.
Dog friendly inside and out also child friendly. Good range of drinks. Will return to sample the food.

Nice country pub. Cask ales available. Good food. Reasonable prices. Open coal fires. Friendly staff. Also has a cricket field/pitch. Beautiful views. On a clear day you can see out to Manchester.

Came here for a family meal, service was swift and friendly. Our food arrived quickly, potions were generous and it was overall a nice meal. The staff were also very happy.
