The staff are all really friendly the coffee is excellent just expensive and thar is why l have only given 4* Everywhere is clean and tidy
Always friendly, great team lead by Kayleigh, every time I go either Kayleigh or Charlotte are dusting or sweeping floors whenever they get a quite minute, they certainly earn their wages! I keep saying they’re sisters as they look so alike too! Keep up the great work girls👌
Nice clean place, quite pricy for some items (£10 for two hot chocolates) but the staff are friendly and the products are nice. They give you marshmallows and a flake in a cup for you to eat or top your drink with which was nice.
Toilets were disgusting though, very dirty and smelly.
Great place to stop for coffee and cake when you arrive in skegness from the train station or park at the cricket ground
Friendly staff, the day I was there, it was quiet. But it does get busy. They have a good selection of foods to choose from.

Service great, staff friendly. The décor and toilets seemed run down, very drab and not very welcoming. Which is a shame as I have been in many Costa's and this is not very nice which is a shame.
Lovely staff and follows new regulations so well. We come here everytime we visit Skegness and can honestly say it's one of the best drinks we have!
Ordered oat latte with extra shot. Absolutely superb. Best coffee I've ever had from Costa or else where.
Love it here, come to Skegness twice a year and always use Costa
Clean and airy, lovely outlook of town centre, indoor and outdoor seating, on two floors. Great choice of hot and cold drinks, cakes and sandwiches and wraps. Vegan option available. Friendly polite staff
Nice cafe. Drinks lovely. Staff nice and pleasant. It was let down by the toilet. Not very nice. Bin was overflowing. The flusher wasn't working properly. Obviously not being checked frequently enough.

Very loud inside. Accessible toilet was dirty and smelly. The toilet was for all which is why dirty.
