Was recommended by my children who work at Butlins - great little. pub, prices very reasonable. Being at butlins its very easy to fall in the tourist trap, but the Boathouse is great.

First visit to The Boat House.
Popped in for a full English, wasn’t disappointed. Excellent breakfast, food was very good & cooked perfectly, just like your mama’s.
Two full English breakfast options, large & Medium. Plenty of alternative options available.
Coffee was also very nice. Worth every pen
This is the BOAT that rocks. Last Sunday was great with a buzzing vibe, great people of all ages. Singing, laughing in great humour. Will not comment on the cuisine. I am a fat boy with only room for 🍺. I SINCERELY believe this is a fantastic venue. Encourage your comrades to visit, and the prices
Been meaning to try the carvery here for years. Finally had one today, very fresh and well cooked vegetables the beef melted in your mouth. It's help yourself and it's served between 11.45am - 16.00.. Also dogs welcome.
I have gone a few times here and never had a bad meal yet, went for brekky 2 weeks ago on my own, Shane was very polite and helpful. Also came in with husband last week for brekky and just missed it, but they still got me a coffee and husband a drink (paid of course) defo a great person to be served

A fantastic carvery this Sunday. Friendly staff, excellent good quality hot food. Three meat selection nine vegetable options.. Great views of beach from seafront indoor earing area. Highly recommend it. We'll done Boat House. We are going back for breakfast this morning!
Located only minutes from the Butlins beach entrance it is very easy to get to.
The pub itself has a great selection of drinks and very cheap.
We had carvery and some children's meals. The carvery was superb. The meat was fantastic and the roast potatoes were some of the best I've had.

Great pub. Dog friendly which is a massive bonus. The beach next to it is also dog friendly. Drinks are reasonable price and the food served 11/12 till 4 (I think?) Was pretty tasty too, as were the puddings. Entertainment at night usually karaoke hosted by a few different people every night. Great
Wonderful friendly clean 70s to 2022 pub . Great staff and landlord. Outstanding beer and food at prices and opening hours that put the weather 🥄 s out the frame.
