excellent food served quickly but freshly made staff polite and helpful deffinately recommend a visit if in the area xx
Great pub with attached amusement arcades..outside seating and conservatory which overlook sea views. Great mix of ages with plenty of entertainment for all ages, loonies in particular are great and provide spot on entertainment for kids. Good range of beers and drinks, food and plenty of seating. Well worth a visit!
The food the staff and the fact dogs are welcome I can have a nice cuppa or glass of wine while the other half walks the dog.
Lovely cosy pub with a great Sunday roast menu, great value for money too. Really welcoming to our dog, member of staff fetched him a bowl of water right away. We love it here and we'll keep coming back :)
Our kids absolutely love the lookout loonies! Its been over a week since we got back from our hols despite it peed it down all weekend! The look out loonies were our saviours! Us adults got to enjoy a drink and a dance with the kids and the were well and truly occupied by the Loonies! Brilliant place! Just reminded me of my child hood holidays!
Great food at pub prices ! Dog friendly too ! Clean with polite staff ! Also discount card which makes it cheaper 10/10 !
Fantastic place, sat in the conservatory watching the sea, good prices and great food
Just been for lunch. A nice long walk up the seafront with the dogs and family, stop for a drink and food then walk back. Hubby had scampi, me and the boys had baguettes and subs. All food was beautiful and piping hot. Always a nice welcome, dogs are welcomed and always fresh water on hand for them. Discount card is a real bonus and I love the afternoon coffee & cake offer as sometimes you just don't want alcohol!
The new signs really look great too...much more modern. We'll certainly be back (when we're not in your sister pub Oasis lol)
We had a meal here for the 1st time last saturday with friends. Staff very friendly and food was lovely . Love the fact it is a dog friendly pub to.

Great pub. I’ve been going to the lookout since it was an Espresso shed! Must have been 1969/70! Always been a great place. My kids have almost grown up there (had a caravan at Walls Lane)
I had the seafood platter. The food was nice, it’s a little expensive for Skegness and what it is. But the venue has a nice view towards the sea.
Fantastic atmosphere with very friendly staff and locals. Excellent prices and a very decent pint. Will be my local when ever I'm over at the van. Visited twice in two evenings and both times well busy with some really good karaoke fun.
Food, served quickly and very tasty, burgers were excellent!! Cheesey chips smothered with cheese left to melt on the chips instead of being microwaved on. We bought a plate of the homemade cottage pie to try between the two us on top of our selected meals and it was a delicious plate of cottage pie! Compliments to the chef who made it. Wish we had discovered this pub earlier into our holiday, we can't wait to return again during our next visit.
My partner took me to The Lookout as she always went when she was younger. Absolutely lovely atmosphere and extremely comforting as it reminds me of the Oasis in Ingoldmells which is where I always went when I was younger.
Ordered a hot choc as I hadn't got my ID and fancied a drink, and I loved it, lovely staff, atmosphere, view and service.
Only gave a 4 star when it came to food as I only ordered a drink so I cannot comment on food quality for certain.

Shame that if you order food later you can't get a pudding as kitchen is then closed. Otherwise it great for the whole family & dogs. Food is good.
Typical holiday let your hair down kinda place.
Typically the parents are in the pub and the kids are unattended in the arcades.
Service was swift with a fair selection of drinks all served with a smile.
Plenty of variety and seating. Pleasant friendly atmosphere, just too many dogs inside shared where people are eating. Unpleasant smell on a wet day 'damp dog aroma'.
