Fantastic visit to this nandos our food was delicious especially as garlic BBQ was back on the menu, I've waited ages for it to come back it's my favourite. First time trying this Nando's and it was lovely. The food was delicious and the service was extremely friendly. They were brilliant with my children. Lovely and clean and great atmosphere.
Update 11.4.22: Fantastic service by the very lovely Georgina who looked after us brilliantly today, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was polite, friendly and helpful. A real gem and asset to the team ❤️

It was the first time we visited Nando’s, it was conveniently next to the Light Bowling, the young man was very helpful and pleasant, and made sure that we knew how the service worked. The meal was bought promptly, it was very tasty. The atmosphere and staff were friendly, I would go in there again.

On arrival we was told there was a forty minute wait. We asked if we could eat outside and they said absolutely. The waitress went above and beyond. Food was served quickly, drinks supplied quickly.
Very good and cozy. Freshly prepared food, prepared very quickly, did not have to wait long. We liked everything, I advise you to visit this place.
Outstanding customer service. A friendly male staff member greated us as we entered the place and got us seated promptly. Explained to us what wasn't available etc. The food was tasty and chicken was soft and easily removed from bone. Will 100% come back.
The food and service tonight was so quick and impressive. The staff were all smiley and lovely. The food was 10/10 and you can see how hard they work.including the manager. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the meal very much. We only had a small wait for the table and all the ordering and service went very smoothly. I forgot to take a photo of the food as I ate it up so quickly so took a picture of the sauces instead. We will definitely be back sometime soon.

Friendly staff, good food, right next to the hotel and train station
Good size restaurant with plenty of seats on a Sunday lunchtime. We were seated promptly and were advised that a few things were unavailable. I was really disappointed that macho peas were off the menu. The food arrived quickly and was well cooked and presented. It was easy to order via the app.
I went to get my frozen yogurt and it turned out the machine was just turned empty. A member of staff immediately was there and told me what happened (as it made a horrible screech!) And went to refill it. Obviously it takes awhile to freeze and I was happy to wait so went to sit at my table again.
Nandos was great, very clean, staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and served up very quickly. I only have one small criticism and that is you can't book a table at all. Will definitely go there again.👌
