Got special fried rice, Shanghai chow mein and some chicken/pork. Surprisingly nice! Would definitely recommend.
We started using this place extensively a while back, and it was generally really nice. They don't appear on the delivery apps, but will delivery from their website, and normally really quickly. The food has always been nice, a couple of missteps, but given how much we've ordered from there, it's to be expected. Worth using for the delivery times if nothing else.
Worth noting - cash only, but 30m away from a cashpoint, so never been an issue.
I've been using this place for 7 years. It's pretty grim in terms of kerb appeal. It's actually a former KFC. It's showing its age and looks very run down and dated.
But in all fairness the food has always been excellent. I highly recommend the vermicelli (Singapore rice noodle) dishes – they have a lovely smoky chargrilled flavour that I've not experienced from other Chinese takeaways.
After trying a few local chinese, i now always buy my chinese from Magic Wok. The good is always fresh and tasty.
Sometimes when you order Chinese the dishes all taste very similar but not from here. The food is always ready on time and the staff are really lovely too.
Order on Saturday just after 5 after it opened and food took 45 mins to arrive as they said it would and we really enjoyed it. Tasty and plentiful. Would order again

Great food, reasonably priced, their mixed chow mein, chop suey or fried rice in sauce have lovely large portions
