Had a meal here for the first time last night as part of a group of 10. We were seated downstairs, which suited us perfectly as we were the only customers in this section. The food, service and prices were excellent, making for a great evening. You have to take your own alcohol and I believe corkage was only £2pp. Soft drinks are available for those who don't want alcohol. This resulted in a big saving and worked really well. We'll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Visited whilst in Sittingbourne for the first time. I was questioning whether to go as the TripAdvisor reviews were mixed, whereas Google maps had good reviews. It happened to be the Banquet Night offer (any starter, main, side, rice or naan for £13.95) so decided to try the restaurant. The menu had lots of options. The food was so good, far better than many other Indian restaurants and I have tried MANY Indian/Bangladesh restaurants. Every dish was spot on and to my liking. The dishes were full of flavour. They weren't oily either The regular menu prices were good also. Dishes we tried were also chaat Puri, chicken chaat Puri, tarka daal, saag paneer, vegetable Bombay Flame (Naga), Chicken Tikka Blue Elephant On Parade, garlic naan, coconut rice and a side of phaal sauce. My favourite was the Phaal sauce, it was just right being very spicy and flavoursome. There was so much food we took leftovers back. I wish this restaurant was a local restaurant to me as I would be a regular! Service was very good and the staff really friendly. I can't recommend enough!

Always lovely food at a very reasonable price. Always very polite staff even when they are very busy. They don't sell alcohol, soft drinks only but you can take your own alcoholic drinks.

I hadn't eaten here before and was really impressed - lovely food, best balti I've had in ages. Bonus that you can take your own booze and keep the cost down.

Amazing food. Ordered last night and despite them having a power cut just as we picked up our order, the food was delicious. Thank you and happy new year!

Out of all the curry places in Sittingbourne, we always come back to this one. In all the years I’ve lived in Sittingbourne I’ve never had a bad meal here. We’ve eaten in and had takeaway and the service is always impeccable. Even when they’re really busy they are always attentive. If you eat in you can bring your own alcoholic drinks which is a bonus if you’re coming in a group. Though I always tend to just have lemonade! And they also have banquet nights on certain days where you get a main, starter and side for a set price. We used to always come with a friend for banquet night but since lockdown my partners work hours have changed so we tend to miss the banquet nights a lot:( but we make up for it and order takeaway at the weekend instead. The food is always hot and really flavoursome, you always get a good curry to rice ratio and it always feels good value for money. The quality is just as good whether it’s takeaway or eat in and we’ve eaten here for around 8+ years on and off now I think. Would highly recommend. They might be a bit busy at weekends and delivery may take longer *but * we always order aware of this and it’s always worth the wait :) so if you see any reviews mentioning this don’t let it out you off :)

I went to the Bengal Spice last night with a friend as I haven't seen for a while on a Wed & Sunday they have a banquet special Starter, Main dish Side dish Rice or Nan £13.95 this is great Value the food was very nice & the service good too. You can take your own drink , beer wine etc as they don't have a licence. I can highly recommend the Bengal Spice restaurant & will be using it again !

Lovely Indian food with a good selection, no alcohol served but you can bring your own, friendly and helpful staff, nice clean restaurant but like a lot of the places the toilets are not great

We went for the first time with friends who dine there as regulars. We paid £13.95 each. The food was Excellent. From my favourite Chicken korma to the Tandori Trout. We have just ordered a big meal now to be delivered for tea. Looking forward 👌to it. Can't wait to dine there again. And yes, very cosy and the waiter was lovely. 😍.

Not long moved to sittingbourne and was looking for a takeaway for my family meal. Myself and my partner tried Bengal spice out the week before and weren’t disappointed so went back to order multiple dishes for my family gathering. Needless to say, we were not disappointed in the slightest. Beautiful food, great portion sizes, all family loved it and we were all full. Thanks Bengal spice.

17 sat down for a birthday meal for my sons 21st birthday. some of the people in the group were `die hard ` users of another restaurant in town. we could not fault the food or service in anyway and such was the quality of the food, the ` die hards ` have vowed to go back again.. just to re-iterate, good service, fantastic food... definitely recommended

Great food, however the service was a bit sketchy. When we first got there we ordered poppadoms, but the staff waited for us to finish them before taking our mains order which slowed the night down. When the good came out though, it was worth the wait.
