Always happy with kaspas. Worth every bite. Always come perfectly presented. Although make your own has been removed and can't add toppings only extra ice cream. Please add these options again!!

The staff are really friendly which makes such a difference! It's not been too busy when I've been there so we get served quickly. The kids love it!
Lovely little place. We enjoyed our time, even though it was a very busy Saturday. No parking close by. You have to walk to the high street. But well worth it!

Everything I ordered was hot & fresh, and the service was fast. The problem was I couldn't use my card. If I didn't have another card with me, I wouldn't have been able to pay.

After walking past and meaning to go in for some years, finally found the time. I feel a fool for overlooking this place all this time.
The place was very clean and well looked after and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly the younger English guy at the counter and the middle Eastern guy who I assume is the owner with the pride and dedication he had to the restaurant.
The food came quickly and tasted great. I didn't expect such attractive presentation and the portion size I felt was very generous.
The music was a touch louder than it probably had to be, but other than that I struggle to find a fault.
Will be eating here again.
Had my daughters 10th birthday party here today and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They were very efficient, polite and professional at all times. We ordered £70 worth of food, and drink, and all arrived within 5-10 minutes and tasted amazing. Simply cannot fault them. Highly recommended.
Had heard really bad things about this place but thought we'd give it a go anyway. Service was really good although they ran out of one thing we ordered they have us a refund and something else for free too! The desserts were lovely and my milkshake was really good too! Overall I prefer it here to creams!
It's a lovely place to take the kids to get a whopping great amount of sugar! It's also nice to give them that occasional treat. They love going to Kaspa's. They have friendly staff, clean tables and are pretty swift with food delivery once you have ordered at the till. It's our third time there and they are yet to disappoint. It's not cheap but it's also not expensive, expect about £10 a head for a waffle and a drink.
Visited here a few times with friends, family and work colleagues. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff - the store is spacious and looks quite snazzy, too! Whilst waiting for our order to arrive, there were a couple of birthday parties being held here and the staff seemed to be managing the large numbers quite well - manager/owner? always seems to be around too during our frequent visits. Food arrived promptly each time we were there and their Canadian maple syrup waffle is light and delicious - best one I've had in comparison to other dessert parlours. Always satisfied with the variety of dessert and drinks choices - they also catered for our dietary needs! Definitely going back again soon.

I took my daughter and her friends here for a birthday treat! Waffles were well presented and tasted amazing!, so did the oreo milkshake. Staff/management were friendly, attentive and great with the kids. Highly recommended!
I often use the restaurant for myself, friends and to take my god children as a treat. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and we love to try different things off the menu. Unfortunately Saturday just gone I witnessed a lady who was part of a large birthday group aggressively talk to the staff, which caused a lot of attention and disrupted our meal as well as others in the restaurant. I don't usually post reviews but I have seen the negative and quite frankly inaccurate post from, I'm assuming, the customer who has no manners, and wanted to credit the restaurant for all of our wonderful meals and service that we have had in there. The attitude that was shown towards the staff was unacceptable and embarrassing and I'm sure they are pleased that she will not be returning. The staff and manager have always been very friendly and accommodating and it is unfair for them to receive that awful review. Thank you Kaspa's for your great food and service! :)
