Great place to stay! the room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. It's above a pub but you don't hear any noise from pub. I was surprised by the bathroom which was huge! Staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, It's just a short walk from the train station.

I am writing this letter to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional service you provided during my recent visit to Wetherspoons Sittingbourne.
From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, your warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness were evident. Y
First time in a Wetherspoons hotel, room was very good, clean and quiet. The location in Sittingbourne centre was great but finding parking was a little more difficult. I would stay again.
Plenty of variety on menu but food arrived cold (lasagne) so had to ask for replacement meal which arrived quickly other than that a good experience although table not cleared from previous diners on 2 occasions had to clear ourselves.
Used to live local to this witherspoon, and I must say it looks great and the foods great. For those that don't know, it used to be a courthouse, which gives it that extra cool vibe.
Had coffee with Friend's, this place used to be an old police station hence the small tight rooms (instead of a normal large pub type room) but it works, ordered a breakfast sandwich, it came quickly, with good service and was delicious
We had a birthday meal there in one of the old police custody cells...very cozy and great service and food.
Good pub food at reasonable prices. Spacious and good atmosphere. Good range of beers. Hard to find better value for money.

Situated along the high street a lovely old building reused by the wetherspoon pub.
The staff are really good but ideally would be good to bring out cutlery at the same time as the food. Other than that the servings were a good size for the price and also came out withing the suggested app times.

The wife and I had a mixed grill which were good and tasty apart from the overcooked mushrooms and when I complained I was told that they are all like that 😭 so why put something on your plate that's not edible
