Fab friendly pub with welcoming staff and atmosphere! Food is always excellent with great choices. A family and dog friendly place for all to share a drink and/or a meal. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Keep up the great work Sarah and Team! See you soon...

It’s so good to have a local pub that meets the needs of its community! I have been twice in 2 days! First was for a quick drink with friends in the garden as the children played in the new play area. Then back for a grown up meal last night. The food is amazing, not cheap although about the same as other pubs around here, but the quality and presentation made it really worth it. Great selection of drinks and really welcoming, friendly service with a smile which seems to be a rarity in pubs these days!

We were visiting Singleton for the first time and we stayed a stone's throw away from the Partridge inn, and thank goodness we did! With 3 generations of family amongst us, it was the perfect pub for the whole family. The staff was extremely accommodating to our dietary requests as well as our boisterous little ones. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was excellent. I wish I could rate them at 10 stars! If you are visiting the area (near Goodwood) then I insist you pop by the Partridge!

This is a great pub and the service is excellent. The portions of food are more than sufficient and myself and my family have never had a problem at The Partridge. This little local is a lot better than many of the pubs in the area.

Just got back from a wonderful Vintage Afternoon Tea to celebrate my birthday. Beautifully presented with proper China, tablecloth etc. Delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones. There was so much we had to have a doggy bag to bring some home! All the staff were friendly and efficient, (even Pip the ginger cat) especially Sarah. Thank you!

We are (a little bit too) regular down at the partridge... Been in this afternoon to be welcomed by a lovely play area perfect for the children. Really beautifully set up and thought out.. keeping little ones happy while we look on with a cold drink Really well done, try getting rid of us over the summer

A lovely pub, quiet, hospitable, perfect for an impromptu evening meal out. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we'll definitely be returning! The black pudding Scotch egg is incredible!

Came in mid week for a family birthday and to start with we were the only ones there. Both staff on duty very friendly and happy to help in any way. Food was brilliant and attention to food intolerance was spot on. More people came in later on and the atmosphere remained the same, peaceful, welcoming and a genuinely good local pub. We’ll be coming back again for sure.

Had a delicious beef roast! Service was great and friendly atmosphere. Only thing I would say, is the apple crumble was more a fruit bowl with a sprinkle of crumble crumbs on top! And there was only 20ml of custard!

Beautiful country pub, lovely garden and fantastic food. Not easiest place to get to from the main road but we'll worth it! Small kids play area, suitable for younger ones

Went for a last minute Sunday roast dinner and was pleasantly surprised. We are relatively local and have sampled most of the roast dinners that this area has to offer. This was actually the best in a long time, with perfect amount of meat (beef) no fat at all, generous helpings of veg and decent roasties. The cauli cheese was poor but the rest was very good. Service was great, wine good and ambience great. It is not busy compared to its counterpart The Fox Goes Free, but personally I would rather this pub grub any day of the week. We will be returning for sure so they are definitely doing something right.

Beautiful pub in the countryside. Staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was incredible, crab linguine was so tasty. Will be back.

Changed my review as I have been again since previous owner 'sara' and her husband left. Much better place, very welcoming. Feels like a pub again. Lack of rude, judgy, stuck up owners really makes a difference. The locals actually go there now!

Really nice place, huge garden as well. Both pub and garden are dog friendly. Food looks to be a bit pricey, but being so close to Goodwood I think that's normal!

Had a wonderful time here. Good food and drinks. The employees were kind and helpful - one even came over to play some games with my kids. There is a nice beer garden with outdoor seating (options in the sun or under cover) and a kids play area at the end of the property that as a little gate around it - if only more places were this kid friendly!!

Excellent inn with friendly staff. Good choice of beers including Long Man and Harveys. I had BLT baguette with side salad and homemade coleslaw. Delicious. Good sized garden. Dogs welcome.

Went on the festival day 01/05/2023. Pizzas were spot on, staff really friendly even though you could tell they were rushed off their feet. Atmosphere great too, all round good afternoon. First time visiting, but will definitely return. Thank you.

Lovely country pub with a great beer garden in a lovely and secluded village. Booked there for a Saturday dinner. Staff were very helpful and quick service but I was let down by the food. I don't think the pie was cooked properly as I got sick during the night.

Ordered ham cheese and tomato sandwich. It was very well presented and the salad is fresh The coleslaw is also chunky and fresh. The staff are friendly and professional. The outside garden and seating area is well presented and inside is clean and cosy. The hygiene is how it should be and the food is tasty no matter what you order. I would recommend a visit.
