Hidden gem. Just tucked away we found this lovely place. It was stunning, the weather was warm so we took the opportunity to sit outside. The flowers and wildlife were beautiful. The girls greeted us well even though they were busy. They answered all our questions and delivered our drinks to the table. The hot food was limited today, cakes were amazing certainly lots of choices and hot chocolate hit the spot. Of course we followed it all up with some ice cream again lots of choices of flavours. The cutest little childrens area which everyone made the most of. I will definitely be visiting again

Contrary to reviews I'd read here, I found the staff very friendly and service was polite, professional and prompt. They made a fuss of my dog and provided a water bowl. I only had coffee and a scone but no problems with service or attitude whatsoever. Quite often it's the energy you take with you that resonates through your personal encounters.

Lovely stop, a chance to sit down and have a coffee and a cake. They do a selection of amazing cakes, and the bacon sandwich was lovely. Take a walk down the lane for lovely views

When I give 5 stars for atmosphere it will mean a different thing for you, perhaps. I like silence & nature & the countryside. This place is that. The staff were very nice & the sausage ciabatta I had was tasty. Really good coffee too. It's a rustic cafe with a limited menu but it's absolutely perfect for where it is. Not really suited for wheelchair users due to the whole area being a bit uneven & bumpy. Parking is always (when I've been) very hit or miss. There's a few dedicated places but most people park on the verge, which frankly needs to be stopped because it's turning it into a mud bath. The cafe has indoor, outdoor & limited outdoor covered seating. It's nice to sit outside on a sunny day & listen to the birds singing. From the cafe it's a short walk to Jenny Brown's Point (see my separate review for that).

We have visited here many times. The cakes are always excellent and sitting in the courtyard having a drink is a very relaxing place to be! Staff always pleasant and a very relaxed atmosphere

Lovely little cafe and they did a wonderful job serving up hot food in the evening for over 40 uni students 😅 we were camping nearby for our ecology field trip and nothing is better than a hot burger and chips after a long day in the field. Thank you for your friendly smiles and understanding. My favourite ice cream flavour was salted caramel! Very reasonably priced and food was served very quickly! Even when it started raining there was plenty of cover to hide under in the garden area, with gazebos and wooden seated huts, and even shelter inside till the worst of the rain had passed. Thank you!

Lovely place to stop for a snack. Pretty much right on the coast this is a little gem with lovely ciabatta sandwiches (try the poached salmon, cucumber, picked dill, lemon and mayo version). Good selection of teas and coffees too. Inside and outside seating is available.

I recently took a group of over 50 to this cafe, two evenings in a row. The food was excellent, Ed and Jen were friendly and efficient, and our needs were fully accommodated (including a wide variety of dietary constraints). If you're in Silverdale, this is highly recommended!
