Some of the best Turkish food in South London! The atmosphere of the restaurant is so unique and amazing, kind of like a modern furnace if that makes sense. The food was sublime, I had a mixed lamb and chicken shish and it was the first time I ever had to lick a plate clean due to how lovely everything went together!
We tried Baba’s kebab for the first time , and we will definitely be back !
The lamb shish was top quality tender and juicy , also the home made Doner Kebab is very tasty. 😋

I come from North London and this is the only decent Turkish kebab I’ve had in South London! Five star service, five star food, the waitresses are lovely, the doner TOP notch, the chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, the decor is fab and spotlessly clean everywhere! Thank you for a fun evening with decent prices. Knocks spots off Gullen’s, which was my fave before. Won’t hesitate to come again or get a takeaway.
This is our new favourite kebab restaurant, we’ve ordered here a few times and it’s always been excellent. Really good portions and great quality of meat. Staff are always friendly and lovely when collecting our food.

I and my husband visited the restaurant on Friday and despite the long queue outside, we had an amazing dining experience. The food was exceptional. We had Babas platter with fresh and high-quality meat that was cooked to perfection. I could really taste the difference in the freshness of the ingredients, which added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff managed to deliver excellent service and ensure that all customers were well taken care of. The wait was definitely worth it for the delicious food that awaited us.

We went for my wife’s birthday myself, wife. Children and grandchildren total 8 of us table was all set including high chairs for the little ones, service was excellent, atmosphere was great the decor beautifully done, and the most important the food was exceptional tasty the Doner was like being in Cyprus you can taste the lamb, no fat just meat, we couldn’t finish it , I’m one never to take food home but this was so nice the waitress put it in a container and I’m eating it now writing this review. Was looking for an authentic Turkish Kebab house and finally found one. Am over on business and love Turkish food but sampled a few restaurants within a 10miles radius of were I am staying and was not impressed. I was just passing Babas Kebab House and said I had nothing to lose seeing I was in the area and was glad I stopped in. I was not disappointed. The food was amazing I ordered a Babas platter. The food was well cooked and nicely presented on the plate and the taste unbelievable. The Portion size was very generous struggled to finish it all.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, asking was everything to my satisfaction, which it was. I will definantly be back next time I am in the area. A great Kebab house not to be missed.

I had lamb doner wrap from here on Saturday night and was absolutely amazing prue meat no fat. I also tried the lamb chops which me and my daughter loved so much! It was so soft the meat melts in your mouth. I did had to wait a little for my food which was expected being Saturday night the queue was out the door which to me is always a good sign. The babas salad is unreal you must try it!
The staff was so friendly couldn't do enough for us. The boss gave me a free turkish tea and made my daughter a non alcohol cocktail to have while I was waiting which was lovely Even though they were so busy..
This will be my new weekly takeaway kebab place from now on keep up the good work 👍highly recommend this place x
Food was absolutely amazing had chicken shish couldn’t fault it at all was delicious staff was so lovely and the restaurant was so clean , I enjoyed watching it be cooked by a viewing glass , definitely will be going back there again cant wait I don’t normally eat salad but here I actually was eating it all together left a very nice taste in the mouth

The Doner Kebab is amazing, and doesn’t taste of fat like it does in every other kebab house. I will only eat doner from Baba’s kebab. The chicken Shish…wow, and the kofte has a lovely little hint of spice, just yum!

Baba's kebabs are easily one of my favourite kebab shops. Tasty, clean and flavourful food with the nicest and friendliest staff. Definitely would recommend and looking forward to my next visit.

I tried Baba's takeaway tonight for the first time. I had a large chicken shish with salad, peppers, tomatoes and Turkish bread. It was delicious right to the last mouthful. I'm so happy to finally have a quality Turkish restaurant within walking distance from my house. Well done guys, you've done it again.
