Went for a anniversary meal and it was busy but they found a lovely spot food was excellent as was the pudding enjoy the photos😊😊
My wife and just turned up we hadn’t booked the staff were so welcoming and got a table so we had lunch at this pub the plough I had gammon egg and chips the wife had beer battered cod and chips we didn’t have to wait long although it was busy

When we first went for a Meal/ Function the dirty oil smell from the kitchen was really off putting. But since our last visit as a family catch up that had completely changed.. Much nicer. The food was lovely and definitely go back again.
Food is always really nice. It is best to book a table/pod or you could end up waiting a while for a table to become available.

Went here on Bank holiday Monday with a friend and we both had the breaded mushrooms with garlic dip to start.Delicious!
We both then had the 10 ounce sirloin steak with chips,onion rings etc and that was very tasty.

Went here for a mothers day meal with all my family. Everyone was so happy with the food and thd pod we hired outside thank you. I ordered the mix grill and was outstanding. 👌.
This is a lovely country style pub, with most friendly staff, and top class food at reasonable prices. Everything is freshly prepared and cooked, and served with a smile.
Outside the pub are 3 pods, which offer the opportunity for a private dining experience.

Lovely little pub in the countryside of Shustoke. Good choices on the menu, no problem swapping chips for mashed potato, both meals were ample and filling & stayed hot until the end, delicious. Great service, can't wait to go back.
We rented the 12 person pod here for a birthday celebration. The pod was brilliant, it had a music system set up that you can sync your phone to. Also has led lights. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The food was tasty and came out pretty quickly. Overall a great experience.

Great place for food. Had a Sunday dinner and paid 50p for a Yorkshire pudding and it was really small. So I won't choose this again.

Good, honest freshly prepared pub food in a good ole British pub atmosphere. It was quite busy when I visited which is a good indicator of quality and popularity. I would recommend and will visit again when in the area.
