Always had a great experience with Pisces Fish Bar. The quality of the food has always been to a high standard, and portions are great value for money. Via Just Eat, the deliveries have always been very quick with the food always piping hot. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a decent takeaway at a fair price.
Nice little chippy! Very generous portion sizes and also very filling! Chips also weren’t half-done like they are at some other chip shops, they were nicely cooked and crispy which was a plus. Fish was cooked to perfection. Would go here again if I ever passed through!

On holiday at nearby campsite. Looking for a chippy near to us saw Pisces on road into Shrewsbury the other day. Plenty of chips pies were a bit on soggy side but nice anyway. Battered sausage and curry sauce and mushy peas all plentiful and hot and tasty. I would go again.
Fantastic food and prices are very fare - been going here for maybe 2 years now and have never experienced any issues. The food isn't overly greasy either and you get a good portion size.
Wow, one of the best chippy teas we've had in a long time. Had it delivered and it was piping hot, tasty and very generous portions (massive fish!!). Can highly recommend
I love this place and its hard not to give them 5 stars because they are brilliant, however, the last couple of orders I've had haven't been as good as they once were. It may have just been an unlucky experience but basically the fish and the chips tasted old, and the gravy was cold.
Also on Just eat, the order limit is quite high. Not a huge problem if you collect, or if you have a family all ordering
However when I'm by myself I don't always want to order £12 worth of food.
Overall though, this is the best chippy in Shrewsbury in my opinion. I just hope that my last 2 orders were just unlucky and not the start of decline in quality.
I pre ordered 20 meals the day before for a gathering we were having. The food was fresh, hot and lovely. It was already for the time I ordered it, highly recommend coming here. Great service

I went here at 7pm guy behind the counter looked quite young compared to the other workers and wasn’t wearing a uniform he took my order and the food was brilliant good job mate
