Morris helped me out on a new contract with my iPhone 15 very very helpful really looked after me helped me the whole way showed me fair and different prices could make jokes and down to earth. can't praise him any better nicest lad ever.
I called in today, with a problem on my Nokia phone connecting to 02 service.
I could receive calls / texts messages but I couldn't send / receive.
The matter was delt with very quickly by Ashley, she was very polite, and professional in her manner.
I left the shop in Pride hill Shrewsbury with a smile on my face.
Very successful.

Me and my partner bought 2 phones at this store and received excellent customer service from all staff but I must give a special thanks to Symmone and Brandon. Trying to sort out Sim sold by Virgin at the door as part of package deal to take our trade from Sky. Sales rep lied so cancelled contract next day. Virgin didn't inform O2 so they have been chasing me with letters making threats and eventually said bill is now £565. THEY are going to pass to bailiffs to collect. Have tried ringing 10 times they do not answer the phone lines. Hence visit to shop.
1 hr 20 mins in shop and still had to spend 40 mins on phone next to resolve and bill be cancelled.
VIRGIN MEDIA - DON'T GO NEAR THEM.
O2 - 2 OUT OF 10 for service.
O2 shop 9 out of 10 for help and service.
