Amazing place. Came for a wedding on a Sunday and the service and food were out of this world. The lodge was gorgeous with everything you need and more, not to mention the large super comfy and clean bed. Views are out of this world and the outdoor hot tub was the best place to enjoy a nice glass of their own wine. Thanks for a great night.

Went here for a friend's wedding, good location, clean and nicely decorated on the inside. Outside is ugly...a grey industrial building. I had a fantastic time but this was more due to the people I was with rather than where I was. £4 a shot, £12 gin and tonic and around £10 for a glass of wine.

Just a little note to say thank you so much for allowing us to use your venue for our wedding, it really did make for the perfect wedding for us both. Your venue is beautiful and all the staff are warm and welcoming…. with a special thanks to Vivienne for helping us make it through the day smoothly! We really didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day. Thank you to you and your team.

The View Restaurant at Hencote is a rare gem in Shropshire. For views, atmosphere and ambience, there are not many other restaurants comparable. Driving past the production facility, you would be forgiven for thinking that you’re about to enter a modern industrial unit. On entering the restaurant though, you are greeted with a sleek, modern reception and bar that leads to the open plan restaurant and stunning panoramic elevated views of the vineyard below. We have visited three times now and found the servers to be very friendly and attentive. The one time that we had an issue with an incorrect dish being served, it was resolved quickly and professionally. Being a vineyard, it is a nice touch to have a wine sommelier on hand to give in depth detail of the wines on offer, how they compliment each dish, and the background behind the batches. They even have a small wine shop where you can purchase some the favourite wines that you’ve had (personal favourite is the 2021 Vivienne) The menu is short, but the dishes on offer are very high quality and presented in a unique way. Post meal, you can relocate outside to the balcony or terrace for drinks and nibbles. Again, with fantastic views of the vineyard below. Overall, if you’re after a special meal, you need to try Hencote. Granted, it is not the cheapest option for food, but the prices charged fairly reflect the quality, service, and location that you get with Hencote.

We stayed in one of the glamping lodges in July 23. The whole experience was wonderful. The lodges are really well kitted out, beds super comfy and the hot tub is a must. Highly recommend the whole experience. The Hencote sparkling wines are pretty good too - we bought some to take home and will remember our lovely stay when we drink them.

Visiting area and found this restaurant online. Food amazing, really sophisticated food, presented well and taste amazing. Weekend before had been at James Martins restaurant in Broadway and this menu, atmosphere, food and setting was 100% better than James Martins restaurant. Loved it, we had a really enjoyable evening. The only down side was waiting staff was very slow but we could tell new staff as they were shy and not confident that will come with experience, we did tell the manager and he did confirm staff were all new and in training. Once this is sorted this will be a 5 out of 5 venue. Booking is advised as it was full all night but was well worth the visit. Lovely comfy seats and spaced out so you not seating right next to another table. Wine was fabulous we bought some to bring home with us.
