Very Tasty Meal
Sheraz Tandoori is on Wyle Cop heading up from the English Bridge going up into Shrewsbury town. The staff were very pleasant and the food that we were served was very well prepared and warm (just like the plates) which is always good. The restaurant felt safe under the current C19
I have to say, out of all the Indian restaurants in Shrewsbury, which the majority are of a very high standard, the meal we had tonight in Sheraz was absolutely fantastic. I had a little of the three dishes we ordered; each and every one of them was amazing. Can’t fault anything apart from the Cobra
Wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, good imported ale on tap. The service was excellent too. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend ordering several papadums to start as they come with a selection of delightful chutneys.
I will definitely be coming back soon!
If I could I would have given more stars.
Went yesterday evening and had a great time.
The food was excellent and the service and staff were very friendly. They even suggested that we had the special offer as it would work out cheaper.
Would recommend this restaurant to anyone
Traditional enough menu but some of the execution provided a unique twist with unexpected herbs popping up to deepen the taste and increase the pleasure. The breads are a little thick, dry and chewy but otherwise I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t try this place if you live locally.
This is a lovely find in Shrewsbury. It's been open for 50 years, and I can see why. I have been to a fair few Indian restaurants in London, and this was much tastier, with much bigger portions as well as being fantastic value for money. Two can eat a full meal for under £20 if not drinking
Really good menu. Portion size is perfect and service was great. Good variety in flavours and meals. Slightly pricey compared to your corner curry shop but quality that matches prices.
Consistently great curry house - they have been in Shrewsbury for many years. They are also happy to alter dishes if asked. Great service, always full of smiles!
My favourite Indian to eat in but only just had take out tonight as I wasn't very well, they gave to extra of they're delicious little bahjis and the mango duck was lovely! My number 1 go to in Shrewsbury for sure.
Always enjoy the Sheraz. Special deal Mon-Thurs is really great value. Chicken Ragistani my favourite. Try the Keema rice too. Beer not overpriced like many. Lots to like.
Staff were polite and very friendly. The food was plentiful and very well made. I had a very enjoyable visit. Will go again.
Best curry house in Shrewsbury. I've had around fifteen of the different main dishes available, and the saggoa in particular is delicious.
Arrived without a booking. But was not very busy. Excellent service and the food was very nice!
Thank you to the staff and the cooks!
