One of the nicest staff members that I've encountered in a Costa. I ordered a Toblerone hot chocolate but unfortunately it wasn't to my taste. The lovely barista Michelle happily made me a different hot chocolate without any hesitation. Great customer service
Very friendly staff. This is the only Costa who have ever told me that I had free drinks available on my Costa card. A mistake was made with one drink, but they were happy to quickly rectify it. A good stop for coffee and cake!
Nice little coffee stop while shopping in Next. Two medium lattes, one with skinny milk. I'm not sure why, but they always seem a little on the weak side compared to the takeaway version. Anyway, enjoyable all the same. Ambiance is comfortable and everything clean and tidy. Recommended.
Best Costa in the country (and I visit a lot of them). The staff are brilliant and manage to pull off the difficult task of making a chain coffee bar feel like a family run business. Little things that make a huge difference - attention to detail, recognising regular customers and knowing what they usually drink, always friendly - nothing is too much bother for them.
Regular visitor to this Costa and class it as the best. Sadly spoilt today by LOUD music! And it was Xmas music, not everyone likes Xmas 🙁
OK. So I have respect for Costa and love for some of their coffee types but yesterday I was rather upset. I tried to connect to WiFi, filled in all my personal details then it wouldn't let me connect. So, Costa now have all my personal information and I got nothing. Hardly a fair deal. Thanks for nothing except awesome mocha. Sort it Costa.

Cosy, open everyday until 8pm except Sunday which is around 7. Great range of coffees, tea, cakes and sandwiches. Struggle to get gluten free food though. Free WiFi.

Handily located, with a light and friendly ambience: this is a great little coffee bar.If shopping in Meole Brace, this is ideal for a brew and snack.
Reasonable coffee. Although on last visit, I feel I was over charged, and given a take away cup because the server didn't bother to ask if I was staying in or not.
Having a rare day out with my mum and we enjoyed a light lunch and coffee here 🥰
No toast. No delivery to shop apparently. Not enough staff. Still, the coffee was good as usual.
