Ordered take away curry for 8 of us this evening. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Had a variety of dishes and all excellent. Price good too. Highly recommend.
The Shalimar here in Shrewsbury is by far the best Bangladeshi and Indian take away I have ever tried, excellent quality of the food together with friendly faces makes a wonderful treat for my family many thanks kind regards Hazel 😎 ps chicken Parthia is amazing

I've been a Shalimar fan for 20 years, since they had the restaurant behind the Abbey. This take away is simply the best Indian food in town.
This is arguably the best Indian in Shrewsbury . The food is lovely and cooked to perfection . The staff are lovely and helpful . Couldn’t fault it anyway. Be ordering again soon .

Absolutely delicious food at a fair price, we had chicken tikka masala, garlic chilli chicken and can highly recommend both. The onion bhargis were delicious and a good size portion for the price, and the peshwari naans were a delight. Will definitely be ordering again. Many thanks.

Always enjoyed eating in the restaurant. Tonight was the first time we used the takeaway. Everything was perfect from the phone call to place our order to when we ate our meal. Very reasonably priced and big portions to boot. Wont be going anywhere else
Really tasty curry and lovely service. We had a 20 minute drive home and the food was still steaming hot when we opened the lids. Really fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!
