Having only popped in due to a sudden dizzy spell, the young lady behind the counter(, seeing I wasn't well,) poured and handed me a glass of water, and said to take a seat, she'd bring over my order. She even went as far to ask if she could get me anything else, and to just say if I needed any help

Love Cafe Neros It’s always busy here but sadly the staff don’t stay long They work hard but maybe this should be looked into why they’re leaving especially when they’re so busy The leaking roof doesn’t look good and needs attention!! Maybe the Area manager needs to get more staff in here
The cafe is well set up and spaced for guests during the current difficult times. All track and trace elements in place for either their own scheme or the government scheme. Nice to enjoy a Soy based Hot Chocolate and a chocolate on the side 😉 with this one. 👍

I was quickly served and the drink was made speedily and to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the cafe was calm and relaxing, with it being very easy to chat with other customers. I would recommend a visit.
