Very warm welcome from waitress and Harry behind bar . Food very good just raspberry trifle was not traditional but still enjoyed our visit and will return
Visited on a Sunday. Was greeted at the door by a friendly and welcoming waitress who found us a table and provided menus. After a suitable amount of time we were asked for our orders. The food arrived quickly and was of a good standard. We also had desserts which again arrived after only a short wait. Our table was always cleared promptly and at all times the staff were approachable and friendly. There is background music playing, but this is at the right level and not prohibitively loud. A good place to visit for a relaxing meal.
Went in last night for my daughter’s birthday and have to write even though they were busy the service from Sam was speedy and efficient even with 5 kids shouting their order at the same time.
Food arrived pretty soon after, the kids meals looked huge.
I took on the hot Italian 15” which made my eyes water!!! They brought out our cake to the happy birthday tune but we were too stuffed to have it till we got home. Thanks guys.
I must say the atmosphere is lovely. I never had a single problem with my food. It was well worth what I paid. All of the staff were very accommodating to my needs. Very helpful. I had never been here before so what ever I needed to know or just the simple questions of what's best to order. One that stood out was a young gentleman called Ellis. Very polite and very friendly. Even with my children he included them.
Nothing was too much for him. All staff were very lovely.
Will definitely be back and recommending to others :)
Came here with my girlfriend last night as a late valentines treat. Felt very welcomed and as soon as we entered the building we was acknowledged straight away. Considering the restaurant was rather full nothing was too much trouble and the service was super speedy. Our waitress seemed to be on hand at all times. Food was excellent also. Will definitely be returning and recommending. Thank you
It's never going to be a high quality gourmet meal but it is good for other reasons, the kids love the food and drink menu, they love doing the little kids packs/activities and the food is generally decent, service again is generally decent, atmosphere is good and food tends to arrive pretty quickly. They are good at sorting birthdays and bringing out cakes etc. Some days it's better than others. Its convenient and prices are fair.
Came here last week with my husband for a treat! Staff were attentive, customer service was second to none despite it being very busy. We were served by a lovely girl called Lizzie? Greeted with a lovely smile, gave us just the right time to chose, drinks out quickly and didn't feel rushed one bit! We said what a hard working team they were - looked like they gelled well together, enjoying their shift! Great customer service is hard to come by these days so felt it worthy of note!!! Food was hot fresh and cocktails were delicious too! Well done F&Bs Shrewsbury! X
What a pleasant surprise! Having turned vegan recently I thought I might struggle to find good chain restaurant food, but my first visit here completely blew me away. There are plenty of vegan options, and the food is really very good and beats the competition hands down. If you are vegan or thinking about turning to the dark side then this will surprise you. Well done guys, keep it up and fly the vegan flag, there's a lot of is out there that want to eat out and not suffer the usual rubbish. Great work!
Had a lovely meal here about a week ago, food was great and staff were lovely! Especially our waiter Ellis who was extremely polite and cater to all of our needs, a real credit to your team. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
came for my friends birthday and the staff did all they could to make sure her experience was amazing. Food and drinks arrived quickly! Candle in her dessert, birthday music etc! Whole experience was fab and we’ve already booked to come for my moms birthday. Really looking forward too it! Xx
Excellent meal would recommend the ultimate mixed grill and the chicken and ribs. All cooked beautifully and to our individual requirements. Service was excellent as well with our waiter Joshua looking after us very well. Made sure all was to our liking. good choice of desserts too. Could not decide which dessert so had the can't decide.
Nice atmosphere, friendly service. Our first visit to this restaurant, good vegan selection, delicious deserts. Laura made us feel very welcome as if we were regular diners that had become friends.
We visited here for my son’s birthday party a few days ago, it was such a great experience for both the kids and parents! My little boy had the best birthday experience, the service was perfect and really impressed by the choice on the kids menu! Will definitely be back for future birthdays and family outings.
Recently visited with a friend of mine. Staff were attentive and checking in on us, making sure our food was okay, and serving our drinks. They always had a smile with the service.
I am a vegetarian so it was great to see plenty of options on the menu to cater for this. The strawberry daiquiri was gorgeous, like a rich slush puppy with alcohol! Refreshing!
The food tasted fantastic, I had Bruschetta to start which was yummy. Then a margarita pizza, it was cheesy and creamy. It was a great size too - not too much sauce - perfect. The sweet potato fries were yummy. Although I do have one criticism. I had the onion rings & these tasted a bit salty. I don't know if salt was added, or something else was fried prior - like the fries. But overall, fantastic experience.
My husband and I regularly go her with our little girl. We just love it! We go fairly often for breakfast. Been a few times for lunch and often for evening meals. Never had a bad meal and all the staff are really friendly.
Thank you Laura for yesterday we have a great evening. We really like Frankie & Benny's and have visited many times. The menu is expansive and well suited to any taste , kids included :) The service is quick and food is tasty. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
We visited This restaurant yesterday. They were very busy, but still managed to seat us down. The service we received from Becky was outstanding. Food was great and came out quickly. Well done to all staff. We will definitely return
An unexpected trip to Franky and Benny's in Shrewsbury. It was very busy however we were seated relatively quickly. We were served by a lovely lady whom I presume was the manager (very tall, dark hair). She really looked after us and despite being rushed off her feet, made every effort to see to our experience. I would highly recommend this venue and the staff are polite and friendly.
Really good service from our server Will, very polite and efficient approach to everything. Cleaned our table as soon as we finished and couldn’t do enough for us !
Food was lovely, very pleasant experience.
Shall come again !
Went to Frankies today with some family and even though they we're incredibly busy, they still made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The drinks were out quickly and we weren't waiting too long for food despite the wait.
The staff seemed to work really well together and I couldn't recommend the place enough 👌
