Had a superb afternoon with 6 friends at this place on Saturday afternoon celebrating a friend’s birthday. From the outset of organising the Gin101 tasting with food Darren the owner promptly answered all my questions and was very helpful so we knew what we were getting. Did it live up to my expectations? Yes and more! Darren is a great host both informative but also very relaxed and we were given his full attention for over 2hrs. We didn’t feel at all rushed. There is no hard sell after although he must have done a good job as 5 bottles of gin were bought! The food platter of artisan breads, olives, cold meats and cheeses were amazing and very good value in with the package. What is lovely about it is that it is all sourced locally in the market. It was great to find out about the different gins and I think we all pretty much had a different favourite. I bought the Bathtub gin and can’t wait to open it. Maybe next weekend � this is a real hidden gem and a refreshing change and I am already planning when I can can do another one xx thank you Darren and the team x
Was on a ladies weekend and whilst shopping stumbled on the bar in the market hall - thought great idea so booked a table for later in afternoon. Had a sharing platter and two gins of the week for £20 - brilliant! Got full description of gin and platter - superb made even better by using local produce from the market - would definitely recommend a visit.
Incredible selection of drinks with service second to none. We were greeted with a warm welcome, guided meticulously through the menu and recommended drinks that were tailored to our tastes. The food was also great and presented beautifully.
Without doubt one of the best spots in the area and a must to visit!
Friendly knowledgeable staff and fantastic selection of gin. Would recommend the rhubarb & ginger and the sharing platter.
Great little bar which we tried for the first time yesterday. Good selection of gins and friendly knowledgeable staff.Very nice olives too marinated in lemon herbs. Would highly recommend giving Gindifferent a try
Had a wonderful afternoon, sampling lots of different gins, eating a lovely platter of meats and cheese and learning a lot about the history and science of gin from Darren. A fantastic host and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you for making it a memorable birthday treat for myself and my friends. Highly recommended!
Great little place! What a selection of gins! Didn't feel pressured into having a drink Darren talked about the different varieties and his recommendations so we jumped right in!! Lol highly recommend �
This place is fab! Super staff and an excellent selection of lovely gins to choose from. The sharing platter is pretty awesome too! Already looking forward to our next visit! 👍
Just fantastic. Great, friendly and helpful staff. We were a large group but staff accommodated us well with out large order. Lovely atmosphere with the late night market going on as well. Would highly recommend.
Great little place, the variety of Gin's is great and really makes you think what to mix and garnish it with. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Highly recommend a visit.
Fabulous!! Loved it! Really good choice of gins! Staff really really knowledgeable and are happy to help! Not bad prices either! It was a lovely birthday treat! Most definitely would recommend and we will be back!

Love it. Had 3 different "Gins of the week" to date and loved each one. Had a mixed platter yesterday which was top nosh! Can't wait for our next visit.

As a gin lover married to a real ale fan it was great to find a place we could stop for a quick one on our shopping trip to Shrewsbury that he actually approved of! Nothing but great gin - no pretensions no frills just great gins with great mixers. We will be back!

Don't drink Gin as I really don't like the taste, however, since coming to Gin Different and trying all the different Gins, I'm really liking the fruity ones. Well impressed. Can't wait to try another one. Thankyou. Xx
What a fantastic find, tucked away in the corner on the top floor of the market.
We had the sharing platter with 2 gins, great value at £20.
The choice of gin was huge. They also had a draft ale or lager and a range of bottled beers.
The platter was all locally sourced, we had a explanation of where the cheese, meat and bread had come from.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Really fun gin tasting evening with Darren who's extremely passionate about what he does. Great gin, great food, great evening.
