One my my favourite places to eat in Shrewsbury. The sweet chilli chicken wrap is the best also the eggs Benedict is a must try. Staff are always really helpful and cheery.
I came here with my bestie for brunch (I'll add, there's Buck's Fizz and bloody Mary's on the menu for those of you who want to be told that it's acceptable to drink in the am). It was a cute little place with it's counter and chalk boards, and those trendy salt and pepper wells you and strangers with unknown hand hygiene habits dip your fingers in that I wonder how often they swap them out for fresh stuff, but regardless...
He had coffee I don't remember the name of as I'm nit a coffee drinker, and I had a pot of earl grey, and we both plumped for eggs benedict, which was quite possibly the best traditional eggs benedict I've had not in the comfort of my own home. I rather enjoyed my brekkie here!
I can't believe this cute little cafe-bistro hasn't been rated yet.
Situated, as the name rightly applies, at #4 Butcher Row, this might very well become my lunch spot of choice If I lived anywhere near this historic central part of Shrewsbury.
Food was really really good. From the homemade fish finger sandwiches, to the pulled pork and caesar salads to the freshly squeezed lemonade....everything was delicious.
A bit pricey and service seemed a tad bit slow, but alas, its creative homestyle cooking with a contemporary twist is my kind of theme. Especially for lunch!
Food was amazing we had the aubergine Parmigiana and the Cajun honey chicken burger. Really big portions. Couldn't finish all of it. Will definitely be going back.
Lovely cafe with a lot of atmosphere!
This was our first time visiting following a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed! Great options for all types of dietary needs, with loads of room. We visited for a late lunch (3:30PM) and the lady said we had just missed the rush, maybe something to consider if you’re looking to visit.
Coffee tasted amazing as well! Will be returning!
Only popped in for coffee but have had lunch there in the past and food has been really good. Nice atmosphere and very good pleasant service. Would recommend it most definitely.
Best salad ever! Eastern twist and so delicious! We went back there for breakfast the next morning. Reasonably prices for quality food, brilliantly executed
A nice place in a quiet side street.
Food freshly made. Personally found there was a bit too much salmon and hollandaise sauce on our eggs royale.
The inside of the cafe was ambient and most importantly the music wasn't loud.
First came here 5 years ago and had a great lunch. Just come back for the first time since moving to the area and was not disappointed. Food was just as great as I have remember. Will certainly be back more often.
Nice environment and really lovely food. Particular shoutout to George who was our waitress today who was super-friendly and treated us with politeness and professionalism throughout
Called in at lunch time and wasn't to busy, set out on three levels which leaves plenty of space so as not to be squeezed in table to table , good lunchtime selection of meals well prepared and excellent quality coffee.
Cheerful and pleasant staff giving swift service and not overpriced.
Great place for lunch, staff are super efficient and look like they love what they do. Highly recommend
Lovely place over three floors. Excellent milkshakes and frappe served. Will be visiting again.
Great little find, excellent food full of flavoursome quality ingredients. Great service even on a busy bank holiday
Really lovely service when popping in for an early lunch with my little boy. Great variety on the menu and decent kids menu as well.
Lovely staff - relaxed feel and good food. Perfect place to meet up in centre of Shrewsbury- or just take a break for a quiet coffee.
I am archie and I went here because I know the owner and she is nice and amazing 10/10 recommend if you come here order chips or milkshake (my favourites) but choose whatever you want
Our absolutely favourite place to eat in Shrewsbury. We live along way away but go whenever we are in the area. Food is sublime, the staff are cheerful and helpful and the ambiance is wonderfully happy.
First time I've visited, lovely food friendly staff will definitely be back.
We now eat at Number 4 every week. Every meal is delicious and the staff friendly and efficient .
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend this place. Thanks.
A nice, trendy, relaxing place to eat and drink. Helpful staff, a varied menu, good drinks list and very reasonable prices. They could do with more toilets and the one I used wasn't very clean really. Otherwise great though.
