Had a fantastic meal tonight for our 33rd Wedding anniversary. Food & service was great. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere..this is our go to place from now on.
Just stopped for a lunch. I was surprised how posh and elegant looking inside. The service was amazing, the food delicious and the cleanest restaurant so far in the Uk! Well done guys!
Stopped for light lunch, Mum had garlic mushrooms on bread with small salad and I had a fish cake topped with an egg with a sauce both enjoyed. Service was good and restaurant spacious and nicely adorned.
Top class from the start, friendly welcome, even though very busy. Great staff, great food, great choice. Its over 200 miles away, yet I will drive back there next year just to enjoy the experience.

We were to come for lunch as part of a group, but they came down with covid!!! So my husband and I decided to still have lunch, as we'd looked forward to it all week. Didn't disappoint. Two roast beefs, plates cleaned up, then cheesecake that is the best, and chocolate fudge cake for dessert. Always

Had Sunday lunch here today (19th Feb) and it was so good. The service was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely be returning to sample the rest of the menu.

I visited for a Christmas lunch with friends. The staff were really friendly and there is a good range of real ales. The food was absolutely superb, perfectly cooked and piping hot. The service was good, plates were delivered quickly and placed carefully. Excellent!
