I had been told by several people to try the handmade dumplings in The Market Hall... Yesterday I did exactly that, to see my Beijing Dumplings being made to order was fantastic! They did not disappoint, served with an authentic Asian selection of condiments, chilli oil, Szechuan peppercorn, black vinegar, soy sauce, garlic & sugar. The perfect accompaniment, along with a Japanese beer, I was in heaven.... Lovely ladies & fantastic service. I would go as far to say that they were one of the nicest, authentic Asian dumplings I have ever had. Keep up the great work ladies..... Kind regards Rob Dunn, Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments

Been here several times with dumpling addict Julie Fox. Always enjoyed eating them and making the dips to go with them, also sampling different teas. Some I love, some not to my taste. But we'd all be boring if we liked the same thing. And that's the great thing about trying all the different teas here. Anyway I actually went on a workshop this morning to learn how too make these delicious little treasures. Great fun and now I can't wait to make them. Highly recommend coming here to taste a little bit of Szechuan culture. Thankyou for today Angela. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Xxx

The various types of dumpling are all really tasty and, so the Chinese reviewers tell us, authentic. There is a lovely selection of proper China teas, all of which lend themselves to helping you relax in the cosy ambience of Moli's Tea House.....and the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. In summary. it is an ace place to sit and chew, sip, cogitate and maybe chat quietly with a friend or your partner.

Absolutely love this place! The whole market hall is awesome and such a gem in the town but this place is amazing! The service was excellent and the ladies were super friendly, the food came very quickly and everything was piping hot and fresh. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch for a date or catchup with friends.

Lovely place to try out inside Shrewsbury market. It can get busy but it doesn't actually feel as cramped as it looks once you are sat Big selection of teas and lots of variety of dishes to pick from. They will certainly take your taste buds on a ride! The food is punchy and well flavoured, from lime to basil to fish sauce to Chile, everything packs a serious wallop Stop off if you fancy something not too heavy but powerful!

It's a lovely place to have fantastic hand made dumplings. They are just perfect. And I really pleased with a proper green tea (not tea bags).

Nice atmosphere, nice people and delicious food. Be prepared to pay a fair amount for what you get, but we found it worth the cost and very refreshing!

We were snacking our way around the market and asked to split the 6 piece dim sum platter between 2 of us which they were more than happy to do. We made the right decision to stop here, the food was divine!

Some of the best dumplings I've had in the country. Shrewsbury Market is always swamped but Moli is underrated, there should be queues around the corner!! Amazing dumplings, great side dishes, brilliant tea (with a lovely variety) and very friendly staff. Do recommend you tip because this is really good food, all freshly made in about 15 minutes. They do cash and card payments now :)

Don't think that just cause this place is in the market hall that it is not worthy of 5 stars, as you could not be further from reality. Amazing food, with such wonderful flavour, the service was perfection too. You can not fault this place.
