Everything is cooked fresh the fries are fresh and hot still. The wrap of the day really tasty. Very friendly staff
It really does deserve a mention. It runs like a well oiled machine this one. It’s very busy but the staff are all on the ball and I’d say its very well managed. The place is always kept clean, orders are delivered in good timing and the staff are really friendly and look well groomed in their uniforms. The food is always fresh and more importantly warm. This should be a flagship store for the brand, so many others could learn a lot from here. Thank you. I know it’s burger n fries, but I appreciate what you all do and how you do it.
Not as big as I thought but filled with great models and related history. Staff were very helpful and answered everything my sons could ask them. It was a shame the full size trains exhibit wasn't ready, but it gives us a reason not that 1 is needed to return.
Went for a sat down meal this evening quite a busy time for them. Great fast service friendly staff especially Paul working out in the restaurant really on the ball cleaning and organising throughly. Thank you!
We went to McDonalds 9th October 2023 at 4:07. Whoever was on the mic was amazing, so funny!! Best experience, I didn’t get his name but he was great! Brightened up my day!!!
Really disappointed tonight. Both of our burgers were cold and dry, our chips and chicken nuggets were fine, but to top it all the festive pie was cold and had a label which stated that it should have been discarded by 16:28 which was over 2hrs before we had even ordered! This isn't the normal quality that we receive here.
McDonald’s generally does what you need it to. Generally speaking get fairly hot chips and a decent burger. Drinks are always cold. Service can take a while but most the time it because they are cooking the food to order. It’s only at peak times they have most popular items ready to bag straight away. Otherwise you get asked to park up and wait. Overall a good McDonald’s experience with food that filled us up.

Closes at midnight on weekends (drive through) should be 24/7! Would make a killing.
Tends to be very busy but I've noticed recently the drive thru people are always very attentive and do an amazing job multitasking whilst providing friendly service in a genuine, positive manner. As someone who works in customer experience/service i just wanted to highlight this.
Needs more parking, it’s busy but quite pleasant inside as McDonalds go. Piped music covers up the beeping from the kitchen which can be really annoying in other McDonalds. Clientele are reasonably normal people
Usual McDonalds offering. Clean and with efficient service. No outside seating here though.
You may have to wait to get in or out of the car park if the nearby level crossing is down.
