First time at this little shopping centre, just needed a quick snack before shopping at M&S and was just delighted with the quality of coffee but mostly, the service. They were so friendly, so helpful and just really seemed to care. It just put me in a good mood - it’s never nice to battle traffic o
First time visiting store and wanted to highlight the excellent work of Bradley not only for a great coffee but you also provided excellent customer service going above and beyond with a smile! - Your a real credit to your team!

I do love it here, coffee is great, staff are usually great and very knowledgeable. recently seem to often be closed either due to covid or staffing issues which means I am having to shop elsewhere. PLEASE return to normal as I at missing your excellent coffee and chats.
Went there today, really good coffee and had a cheese toasty which was great. The tall chap with the glasses and the blonde girl in the were excellent, they were going 100% all the time though and people were being a***h***s occasionally. I don't know how just the two of them coped. Hats off to them

If you go to this coffee shop, have the sausage roll. It's the nicest sausage roll I have ever eaten. Coffee is lovely, service is great. Would definitely recommend everytime
