Been a couple of times now & the food is excellent. Freshly cooked & personally I think it's better than KFC, the chicken is juicy but not greasy & the fries are crispy.
The portion sizes are pretty decent too.
Staff are friendly & polite, well worth a visit.
During a business trip in the area, I had a hankering for a hot wing and fillet burger meal after a long workday. This establishment was the nearest option with solid online reviews. Despite the restaurant being vacant and the staff appearing somewhat disoriented, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was fresh, flavorful, and devoid of excess grease. The portion size was excellent for the price. The hot wings, well-seasoned and delicious, were the highlight of the meal. While the experience was not exceptionally remarkable, it was certainly a satisfying fast food meal.

Gave this place a try today with my daughter. If there's one thing we both like, it's chicken. This place had some really nice chicken. I ordered the 4 piece box. The leg was stolen by my daughter and devoured in no time, she loved it. Didn't look dry at all and the breast was tasty too. The skin wasn't bad, could taste the salt in it, but nothing over powered.
The homecut chips were nice. Even when they had cooled down, they weren't dry and still retained the fluffy texture.
Being a fan of wings I tried the hot wings. They weren't too spicy but had a nice flavour to them. The coating was nice and dry, where the chicken just peeled away from the bone nicely.

My son and I love Jaqks. The chips are fantastic and the chicken options are tasty. It's a little bit more expensive than your McDonald's or KFCs, but the food is great 👍

It's quite small place but they focus alot on quality. The buffalo wings are the bomb and they have quality fries

First time ordering (was delivered), food arrived piping hot which I don't recall ever receiving from a fast food place. Chicken and fries tasty plus generous portions. Impressed
The chicken and chips was fresh and extremely well seasoned. I was given a generous serving and can say it was some of the best food I’ve ever had!.
The gun powder chip is rlly good the chicken is tasty must try this
