Celebratory Sunday Lunch
What a treat! Enjoyed beautiful top quality steak with all the trimmings for an extra special Sunday lunch to celebrate an anniversary. Fantastic friendly waitress treated us to a little glass of bubbles, which was a lovely gesture. 2-4-1 cocktails also went down a treat! Top of my price range, but worth it!
Came here for the halal menu for the second time. We ordered the Feast, rib eye steak and all of the side dishes of vegetables. It's the vegetables that made the dish. The meats were not great. Seevice by Curtis was very good, friendly guy. Excellent atmosphere. Live music and singing. Will be returning here for the veg and atmosphere.
Normally I don’t like going out ever since my disability it’s been hard as well but my partner insisted we went out as was my birthday
Struggling with anxiety, depression and the pain I get from my disability on a daily basis
I am so grateful we went out because this place had the best service from all the staff was so great
Wasn’t long waiting for food either everything was cooked so good
Looked and tasted amazing
We had the best time ever I fully would recommend this place
Went out for my girlfriends birthday and she was given a glass of Prosecco which was a nice touch. We had the gauchos feast to share which was ok a bit greasy in parts. Pork belly was just belly. Thankfully both me and the Mrs didn’t like the big black sausage 😳 wasn’t sure what was in it. So we wasn’t blown away but we had 70% of it. Tonight it was a bit flat as it was empty so we couldn’t really get the feel of the atmosphere. Depends on your preference. Overall it was a nice night out. Something more special for her birthday rather than a Maccies and WKD with desert the follow. Only joking bit more up market me. TGI Fridays all the way. 😀😀 will be back but not for the gauchos feast. No black sausage for me thank you.
Fabulous experience. We came for our anniversary and it was certainly made special. We were given a complimentary glass of prosecco at the beginning. The service was really friendly, Zhante was lovely and checked in on us throughout. The bar staff and manager I believe we're also really friendly and quick to help us when we spilled a drink (even replacing it for us). Food was amazing. Would definitely recommend for a special night out or a treat where you wanna spend a bit more than normal. Its sounds pricy but the portion sizes were really good and the food quality made it worth the cost. Overall lovely experience and would dine again. Thank you to all the staff that made tonight special.
Booked here for Father’s Day.
We booked the outside terrace , which isn’t the greatest seats as the chairs outside are quite uncomfortable.
But nevertheless they kindly let us change tables as it did start raining.
Upon arrival we were seated and seen to quickly.
We had the empanadas for starters which were ok.
The highlight for me was the chimichurri was packed with so much flavour.
In terms of the service everyone was really polite and friendly, however it lacked basic things like forgetting cutlery, providing water with no glasses, no napkins. However Amber was great and really saw to us quickly and did check up on us regularly.
The other weekend we visited Fiesta del Astado in Shirley to try out their new Sunday menu and cocktails. Fiesta del Asado is an Argentinian steak house serving a wide variety of small plates, meat dishes, desserts and cocktails. As soon as you enter Fiesta del Asado you are hit with amazing decor and friendly staff, in the Shirley branch there is a great buzz of guests enjoying a Sunday lunch, Argentinian style.

To start we had the Chistorra Sausage and Empanadas filled with Olive, Pepper, and Mushroom. For our mains we went for the Lamb Cutlets and the Bife Sirloin all served with popover pudding and an array of tender veg and potatoes. All the food was very well cooked, tasted great and very filling. I particularly like the Chistorra Sausage with heritage tomatoes.

Along with our food we had a range of drinks from cider to Amaretto cocktail and coconut rum, lychee shots. We had a great evening full of food, drink and a great talk with the head chef @chefs_r3public thanks for a great meal.

Our meal cost around £105 for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 drinks and 6 shots. Even if you don’t go for a meal; the atmosphere, staff and cocktails are well worth a visit.
Popped in for a meal with wife, had a great night. Bumped into some friends as we were about to leave, ended up staying another 2 hours at the bar. Staff are very friendly, the food was and service was excellent. Never rushed it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Friday evening was busy.
Went as a family party with one very small girl for Sunday lunch, don't expect the standard Sunday lunch, this one is a special . Staff were excellent and the food and cocktails were really good. They do steak really well. Food would go to a five if they can get the roast potatoes really crisp. This is not a cheap venue so that attention to detail matters. Portion sizes were big, not on American standards and still surprising and good value.
Went for a birthday meal, went on a weekday so wasn’t expecting it to be busy! Was nice and calm. Spacious, clean and enough space for prams to fit through and also high chairs available. Couldn’t fault the service! Starters were great, lots of flavour. We got the wild prawns and calamari fritters which came with a lovely sauce.
Mains we ordered the sharing carne feast which came with some lamb empanadas, chicken, lamb cutlets and chateaubriand. Fantastic pieces of meat cooked to perfection. Served with potato terrine and picante chimchiri and it was so tasty. The whole meal was 5/5!! Deffo a place to go for perfection cooked meat!
