We visited my brother and sister in law in Birmingham from London and they took us to Turk Nazz. We had an absolutely delicious meal. We were 7 of us and the service was great, food was excellent, so tasty. We really enjoyed it!
Love Turkish food
Not many open for lunch but This one does open for Lunch.
Services was good.
Food was tasty.
Free but limited one hour parking is available right outside
We were welcomed by a staff member that kindly opened the door for us and allocated us to our seats, the food was amazing, spiced and cooked to perfection after we placed our order the starter arrived like 5 minutes later and our main course around 10/15 minutes overall amazing experience will definitely add this place to my favourite spots.
The nicest food about, fresh tasty and absolutely amazing. Better staff would make the restaurant to die for. Praise to the women with the glasses she makes this restaurant aswell as the chefs!
Love the food, portions are good size. Staff are friendly and service is efficient. Would recommend
We popped in for an unplanned lunch on a Thursday. There were only two other customers in there so can't comment on atmosphere but the food was great.
We had the platter which consisted of various grilled meats, bulgar wheat, rice salad bread and dips.
More than enough for two and the flavours were super.
Will definitely go again
Lovely food and good service along with clean place. What else do you need to enjoy your meal
We visited family in Birmingham and they took us here for a big family meal out. We were a very large group of around 20, yet the service remained quick and efficient. The food portion sizes were big and tasty , even kids meal was a good size.
The food was just simply rich in flavour and very filling. Bloody gorgeous! Service was a little slow and could have been better to improve. The decor was chic. Would visit again.
Great evening with my family for my birthday. The food was great and the staff were lovely. I recommend a visit for a special occasion.
What a wonderful place to eat. I don’t have any experience with Indian food and this restaurant blew my expectations out of the water. Incredible lamb and the best baklava I have ever tasted! Highly recommended!!!
When I saw the disabled persons accessible entrance my initial thoughts were, 'thanks for being inclusive'. This gesture continued, I was kindly assisted to my seat with my bike in tow. The interior is awesome. Multicoloured, stain-glass light covers adhorn the ceilings, providing a serene atmosphere. Walls display a range of photographs of landscapes and cityscapes from Turkey. Seating is abundant, indoor only. Tables are close together, offering a sociable experience.
Food and service is of the highest quality. Dishes have so much zest. Huge zingy, spicy flavours will give take your palate on an adventure that is difficult to book a return from. The portion sizes are perfect. I was full, but so exciting were the dishes, I wanted to try more.
By the way, the lamb is "out of this world". It is marinated and beautifully tender.
Went to get a takeaway, I thought it was a bit pricey, until I saw how much I got with the kebab! Rice, salad, cous cous, and breads, all very fresh. A lovely (free) cup of tea while I waited too. Delicious and worth every penny. Will be going again
The food was fantastic! It was the middle of the day but I can imagine in evening it's atmospheric. Would visit again. Toilet exceptional clean!
First time at the Istanbul restaurant Shirley, the decor very apt with lovely lamps and paintings and a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. We choose a Turkish wine after the waiter kindly let us taste two. The food arrived which was well presented and very tasty. I had the calamari for starter with salmon, there were vegetarian options not sure if there were vegan options as there were no vegans in my party. As the evening went on the restaurant became very busy and the majority of the tables were occupied. This did have a knock on effect on the service as staff became busier it became slower. However the food was delicious, service was good and it was good value for money. I would definitely recommend a visit.
Great atmosphere, amazing food and very nice customer service. Thanks to the manager for his hospitality and he helped us with a lot of information as we were there first time
They serve halal, but they also serve alcohol and I didn't realise that until we arrived, there was a male waiter and he came to take our order pretty much straight away, we said to allow us more time and he practically said "hurry up because the kitchen closes at 9:30" ( I think they close at 10pm) but they still allowed customers in after that time plus we didn't leave the restaurant until around 10:30, so that confused us. The food is tasty but I do feel it is a bit overpriced for what we got served, because from my local Turkish restaurant you get way more for the price you pay and tastes exactly the same, we wanted to try a different place therefore went to Turknazz. The decor is lovely and the way the food is prestended to us looked really posh. We was still waiting on our drink (not the water on the picture) when we was mid way finishing our main, and staff really don't come and check up on you at all, unless you call them over and again that can be difficult, the hummus was nice. Overall decent place, just feel that the staff need to be a little bit more attentive.

Caught up with the midlands based drivers. The service was friendly efficient and speedy, restaurant was half full but waiting staff were buzzing around.
Bread and dips arrived almost immediately, followed very shortly by our first round of drinks.
Starters quickly arrived cooked to perfection. I had the chicken wings which cane with a hot dip of their own which had a real kick... loved it.
For main i ordered Chicken Shish which was succulent and full of flavour. The bulgur option i opted for was delicious.
It seemed a little pricier than the average but well worth it.
The other guys ordered Adana kebabs kofte kebab and lamb shish, some opted for rice others for bread.
The only critique? Maybe possiblh opt for better quality fries/chips as comparable to th rest of the high quality food, they stuck out as slightly out of place.
Enjoy... we did
